I purchased a gift for my husband. The shorts were too big. I tried getting smaller sizes. The same size was sent to me. Which took forever. Now I'm trying to return them and it says I won't receive any money back. I'm very frustrated
I have been a customer for more than 7 years.
Over time, prices have risen and quality of fabrics in some cases have deteriorated.
My order contained shorts that were see through.
Additionally, items are out of stock in my size (M/L depending on style).

They make the opt out button hard to find. Their leggings are lower in the back than the front at the waistband. They auto convert your credit from real dollars to individual credits. When using the credits I might want something costing $35. But can't use a credit (worth $50) without losing $15. Terrible system and unnecessary.

I don't understand why so many are complaining. It clearly states at checkout how VIP membership works. You must opt out between the 1st and 5th of every month to avoid the member charge, that or go ahead and purchase something to get the VIP member advantage pricing. Have to treat it like a bill due every month you have to remember to purchase or opt out. In addition, a person doesn't have to join VIP. Buyers see the discount and never stop to think what the catch might be. I don't personally think it's a good business model as the membership advantage isn't enough for me to take on the risk of forgetting and basically being forced to buy something, but that's my choice as a consumer. Fabletics is completely legitimate. Consumers need to take on more responsibility on their end.
There are never enough size small/short leggings. Everything sells out so quickly if your not on the site every Thursday to catch the new arrivals. It's just not practical for me to buy $80 leggings every week. I'd like to be able to go and buy when I am ready or want something. Instead I'm having to beat the rush all the time. Also the last 3 leggings I received were too long even though I ordered short.

This company are literally horrific. In very small print they sign you up to VIP membership which debits you £44 every month. Once you realise, they never give you the money back. You can only spend it on their $#*!e clothes.
I've never heard a success story from them. Who spends £44 a month on gym wear?! It's unrealistic, sneaky and infuriating. It's day light robbery for people who have bills to pay. How dare they steal our money. This has to stop!
My last order with Fabletics never showed up, though it said it was delivered. I tried to contact a customer service rep, but it's just automated robots with queued answers. No one actually helped. I love the clothes, but when you've been a faithful customer and run into an issue, a real person should actually be reachable.

I received a pair of leggings that were not ordered correctly. I went onto the website and chose the send back method. When I went into FedEx I didn't have to pack the package or put any labels on. They immediately emailed me and then within seconds I had my refund unbelievably excellent service. Would recommend highly.

I roll my eyes when I get a lot of marketing about something that's trending, but I was in need of new yoga pants and leggings and a sale offer from Fabletics caught my attention. When I purchased, I absolutely expected that it would be a one-time decision. To my surprise, I have adored my new leggings. They are just so much more comfortable than I could have imagined, without ever losing any shape or compression. The material was very soft and comfortable and they started to feel like I had next to nothing on. I'm totally a fan. I don't think I can go back to other leggings now.

I am reading all these reviews about Fabletics being a "scam" and charging ppl $49.95 each month without their consent. Like any subscription, you get a deal and then the next month they charge you the membership fee. BUT Fabletics will let you "skip" the month so it waives the fee. If it does charge you, just put it towards an outfit/item. I've ordered many things from Fabletics and I have skipped many times. I've had them for at least 3 years. I've not once had a problem with it. I think people just need to read what they're signing up for. Nothing comes for free.

This is a total scam. I bought one outfit - which was fine, but did not realise that it was part of a monthly deal where you have to purchase every month. Surely it is illegal, or it should be. Outrageous. And they use Kate Hudson's name as a front.
I ordered the 2 for $24.00 got 1 pair and then they tried to charge me $49.95 for future purchases. Not an American company sounds like the Philippines, no supervisor available they are always helping other unhappy customers I assume.

Terrible customer service, I honestly dont know where they have got their customer service staff members from, they are the rudest, most arrogant, dim people I have ever spoke to in my life.
Please do not waste your time, money, energy on this site it is an absolute scam there is never anything in stock and to try and cancel your membership or even receive your items in the first place is like pulling teeth.

Awful product, awful customer service. Sent me an email Sept 15 about a refund being processed and had to call October 5th due to no refund to my account. I was told they just processed it on 10/5, only because I called. The product itself is below sub par. I should have known better than to stray from Lululemon who has amazing products and wonderful customer service. Save your money, time and energy on Fabletics.

Did not explain very clearly that my VIP "savings" was my paid membership to Fabletics. So there was no real savings - just a paid membership. The compression pants I bought were nothing special. Seem cheap to be honest. You can buy better ones on Amazon for half the price.

I enjoy new lines frequently dropping, I look forward to seeing what they come out with next. The quality of the clothes surpasses other brands I'm familiar with such as lululemon and they wash and wear well. Every piece I've purchased is a favorite in my closet and gets worn frequently. I love Fabletics and usually stock up during sales.

Never received my order. Was contacted with customer service 3 times. First 2 times i was promised a refund to payment method but had to wait for two weeks to see if the package still gets delivered (which is understandable). But after waiting the mentioned period, i was told that they never offer a refund only store credit and/or replacement. I just waited 2 weeks for nothing and lost my time where i could have just gotten something else from a reliable company than this one! Never again ordering anything from them. Opened a dispute with my CC.

Overall, I was disappointed with the products I purchased through Fabletics. I'm a curvy plus size and these always sagged in the wrong places while being too tight in others. Clothing manufacturers can't just take the size 2 and make it bigger for plus size; they need to take into consideration the real woman curves we have! I was lucky enough to be fairly close to a shop, but they never carried plus sizes so I could try stuff on before ordering. Overall, not worth it. Old Navy has much better athletic wear for a better price too.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
