This last time I ordered from fabletics, they used a new shipping partner and my stuff basically sat somewhere in a warehouse for more than three weeks, not moving or transferring to a delivery service. It was incredibly annoying because this isn't the first time something goes wrong with fabletics. I've previously ordered from them only to get an email a week later letting me know that they oversold an item. (Has happened more than once) Fabletics seriously needs to get their stuff together.
Ordered over 4 weeks ago - finally got through to customer service (don't bother trying to use the chat feature - you'll only get through after calling and asking for an operator) and their advice? I should probably try calling FedEx (and they gave me a tracking # that confirmed twice - yet it doesn't seem to match to any package in existence). I don't understand how I am now the one responsible for tracking down my order? Even better - the other option I was given was that they could reship my order, but they only have 1 of the 5 things I ordered in stock -- or I can wait until the 1st of the month when they should probably get more stock in. Sincerely disappointed and still have no idea where my order is.

I have been skipping religiously for the last 6 months, until I went on holiday last week. I came back to £44 deducted from my account.
I was then stuck on the phone for 40 minutes to two different American ladies (they sounded the same & almost robotic?!) for them to finally agree to credit my money back after explaining that it was my 'first time' of forgetting to skip. Excuse me?! I am pretty sure this is MY money and you have no right to take £44 from my account when I certainly do not plan on spending it with you. However this takes up to 8 days (great). I'm wondering whether it'll even arrive!
For goodness sake! Reading the reviews, you would think that Fabletics was an evil, puppy killing empire set on world domination. I have had months of very positive experience using the site and bought some great outfits. Right from the start I knew exactly what I had signed up for as I had read the small print and made sure that I knew what would be happening. If you don't want to spend any money, you skip the month, which is quick and easy to do, and that's it. They make it very clear how to unsubscribe, but I haven't bothered because the clothes are very good value and great quality. I don't see the problem.
I've been a member of fabletics for years. Always quality product and a price point lower than other higher end fitness brands. The whole "skip the month" thing is kind of annoying, but it's worth it. I feel like more success would be had without that. It seems like the old "get 15 records for $1" clubs of old. I see how that could turn some off.
I had an issue getting a refund for my credits after an in store return. The process took months to resolve and many many attempts at contacting customer service support via telephone, chat and email.

The employees in the store were extremely helpful and did all they could to help me. I was in the market for a jacket and the size fit me well everywhere except the length. Unfortunately, your company doesn't make tall sizes and that's what I need. If you make tall sizes in the future, perhaps I'll be able to buy more of your product.

My daughter signed up and we have tried several times to discontinue as she no longer needs monthly subscription. It is impossible to cancel. Feels very intentional and deceptive on behalf of fabletics. Very disappointed

They have many styles that look cool but items are poor quality and over-priced. Everything falls apart very quickly.
Additionally, they frequently run out of the most common sizes in anything that's desirable, so it's difficult to actually find something you want.
Finally, the VIP points are an absolute joke. They cost $50/month but then they don't have anything worth $50 you can redeem. It's a complete scam. They also leave you in a spot where you can't cancel without cashing in all the points you purchased first.

I ordered another pair of the men's Franchise shorts. Size is great (I'm 5'8', 155 lbs), fit is good, love the compression pocket for my phone and also the smaller right side inner pocket that stabilizes your phone while walking. I have two pairs and wear them everywhere: gym, run, walk, lacrosse practice, day drinking, date night. Love them and will probably order more.

Did not know about the "so called fine print membership ", I thought I was making a one time purchase and they end up charging me 54.00 a month, been disputing this for a few months and will continue to do so, I'm a regular customer who just wanted a pair of their clothes, unless you plan on buying a lot of clothes I would not recommend

My daughter bought workout gear at Fabletics and talked me into trying it. Their sizes are all over the place! One size would be too small and the next would be too big. It's a hassle to return and try again, but they are so expensive that you can't just forget about it! I found similar quality and cheaper prices on Amazon! It's also a 'hard sell' cancellation process, too!

I really liked a couple pants they had but their stock was always out for any size/style I wanted. Tried on five pairs of shorts but they were way too short. Lastly the membership is a stupid outdated idea. It's 2022 we don't need another subscription that's a pain to cancel and of no value. Cancelled my membership but still paid the $55 for a lost credit!

I love all my outfits! They're stylish and comfy and make me excited to go workout I just wish that shopping in the site in mobile was more user-friendly. I don't like that after clicking one item, when you back, you're take. To the top of the page rather than where you left off. With such a large variety to choose from on the site, this quickly became quite annoying.

Normally I don't get that excited when it comes to workout clothing but Fabletics did amazing! The quality of their items, and comfort makes it well worth the cost. I've enjoyed every second of wearing both my shorts and the 24/7 shirt they provided comfort while working out. Although this brand could be a little less expensive I'd still pay full price for their product. Again an amazing job giving comfort, and quality to workout clothing!

I've never had an order from Fabletics actually arrive at my house without getting lost at some point. I love the clothes — they're pretty much all I wear now that I work from home, but it takes upwards of 3 weeks to get to my house. It's incredibly frustrating and makes me want to cancel every single time I go through the shipping.

I was sent the wrong size on last shipment. Did not want to go through the hassle of sending it back. Also all leggings are see through and they just slide down when working. I went according to measurements. I will be ending my membership!

My underage daughter signed up for their VIP membership unknowingly. This only means you get charged monthly to get a discount if you purchase something. My PayPal account has been charged multiple times before I realized what was happening as the emails were not coming to me and only appeared to be ads to her. They won't do anything to reimburse even though she is a minor and the account holder was not getting any email or information.

I was excited about being a Fabletics customer, but after several years I have found that very few of your items work for me. I usually now just "skip this month" because I can't find anything suitable for me, and discontinuing is too complicated. Some of the problem may be my age- 70 years. But still…… JA

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
