Bought an outfit with the announced deal, didn't realise i was signing up to the VIP service (which honestly just consists of annoying newsletters and offers that are still overpriced) and was charged £44 per month for the past 3 months. Luckily i checked my bank statement otherwise this would still be going on. Had to beg the customer service person on the phone about 10 times to cancel the membership and he was still trying to talk me out of it. Still emailing with the customer service almost daily, but not lucky in getting anything refunded. Apparently i can spend the money in the shop online. Do i want to spend £132 on gym clothes? Not really! All i wanted was one outfit and now this. The member credit is really not straight forward and i can't find items that come to £132.
Pretty bad Kate Hudson would endorse this as a celebrity. To me this feels like a massive scam and i don't even want to know how many people are still paying the monthly charge without realising!
I would rate below 1 star. Horrible company, they sign you up for magazines without your permission. I have been calling and chatting with the customer care to cancel and they are not helpful at all. Probably will have to take of this scam through bank.
0 stars for fabletics! After wearing one of their sports bras a handful of times, it broke. I called the company and they absolutely refused to replace their broken product! I will never purchase anything from fabletics again! Terrible customer service!

I didn't like how you spend your money, sometimes even hundreds at once, yet the points you earn expire relatively quick. This is unfair business practices. I also thought it was gross that Fabletics made the consumer pay the extra couple dollars on the chinese tariffs.

I am really picky when it comes to athletic clothing, especially leggings. I have tried so many different brands that are known for good leggings but I swear nothing tops these. I love how they hold everything in, give you a snatched figure, but are also super comfortable. I never feel like I need to adjust them because they're uncomfortable which I find myself doing with other brands.

I love the products but 2 things frustrate me about Fabletics. 1. My orders pretty much never arrive by the stated delivery date. Current order is a day late. Hoping it comes today. 2. I find it very bad practice that one cannot request a refund for a credit. I am a member on other sites with this model. All allow refund requests with a single button click.

Do not bother. This is your typical site that promises the world but does NOT meet their basic responsibility which is to cancel membership fees immediately upon notification from the member. There is simply no excuse for the excessive delay tactics, non responsiveness and overall corporate irresponsibility. Kate Hudson should immediately intervene and cease these tactics. Her name and credibility are at issue at this point.
I love shopping at Fabletics; they are one of the only places I buy workout leggings now. I love Fabletics because they offer different compressions for leggings and bras, but they never skimp on style and comfort. I think I've only ever returned one thing, and have only had one defect issue with a product that was immediately resolved (they sent me a brand new pair, free of charge (no shipping fees!). They are always prompt with their deliveries, which says a lot, and their customer service is actually very helpful. Their sizes are also true-to-size for most everything, which is such a blessing when shopping online. I definitely will continue to shop Fabletics for a long time!

No leggings are worth the cost or headache of this company! IF I could leave a review with zero stars I would! They claim the VIP program is free, but embedded in the small print you are agreeing to an automatic $49.95 charge that occurs monthly unless you know better an cancel it. No monthly email, or invoice, just a huge scam trying to nickle and dime people who thought they were taking advantage of a promotional deal. I will be notifying Better Business Bureau and be sure to take my business elsewhere in the future!

I suppose it's on us for not reading the fine print, but those $50/month charges were a surprise. A membership for buying clothes? And when we tried to spend down our backlog of $50 charges, that proved a challenge. And the stuff that we received? I don't know, do you like see-through shorts?
I see that most reviewers give Fabletics a 1 out of 5, meaning "Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!" I certainly agree!

The clothes are great. They fit well and seem to hold up very well to regular wear & tear. What I'm not thrilled with is the "credit" that you purchase every month. Since there are so many sales, it makes using my credits a poor choice. Obviously I don't use them. I racked up 5 credits that I don't feel like I can use. It's fine when there are new styles that are full price, but lately it seems like that doesn't happen too often. I never thought I would be bugged about a sale!;)
Again, I like the clothing, I just think the system needs a little overhaul.

Love the products but the website is horrible...pages often don't load without performing a reload, pages don't fully load, incorrect responses when options are picked. I'm close to cancelling because it is just too frustrating. I would have purchased more but continually give up in frustration.

Off the mobile website. I was offered what seemed to be a very innocent offer. Like many other company's they wanted my email address in order to unlock savings on my first purchase.
After noticing strange charges on my debit card account. I realized I had actually signed up for a subscription membership that was about $50/month. I can't imagine how the subscription offer would be of any use to anyone other than Fabletics. It's an awful deal anyway, regardless of the deceptive way it was encouraged.

Products good. They get you though with pulling money every month. It's a membership. One that I did not want. Obviously after not buying something for months you would think someone would contact rather than continuing in my eyes take money!
I loved the quality of Fabletics when I started buying it a few years ago. Now none of the bras fit at all. Very rarely do I get an order that fits properly like it's not made in China and cheap. I am planning on discontinuing my membership at this point. Disappointed but there are a lot of other nice workout clothes out there that fit much better.

Using the app was the worst experience. Would crash every few minutes.
The clothes were never as cute as pictured. Did not stretch well. Rode down while working out. Not sized the same. And started fraying after 2 washes. Overall, not worth it. I did the VIP thing for several months plus ordered several other outfits just so I could try a bit of each style. Not happy.

I absolutely love the products. My unsatisfactory review rating is about the VIP membership. It states you can skip whenever you want (providing it's before the monthly charge happens) but I have tried twice & neither time was the "slip this month" button operational. I will probably cancel Ash together because it doesn't work like it should & I just won't pay full price. Disappointed!

Somehow they've signed me up for a "subscription" to their products and started charging approximately $60 per month. When I investigated I found that apparently I had given consent for this somewhere in my initial encounter with Fabletics. However, I would NOT be signing on for a subscription like this. Who buys athletic apparel every month?! I think the website and process to buy something is tricky to navigate; deceptive. Beware!

Ordered 2 workout shirts using my member credits. The tracking was all over the place, and ultimately took just shy of a month to get delivered. Upon delivery the first thing that fell out of the package when I opened it was a warning that these products could contain lead. No doubt in my mind I'll be returning.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
