I love fabletics and all the clothing is high quality and comfortable but they never have correct sizes in stock, I'm not sure if that's a sales tactic to make you want it more or what but usually just makes me want to give up and cancel.

I teach dance, which means I live active wear. Finding products that make me feel strong and beautiful that are also high quality with an extremely reasonable price range has been a dream since signing up for fabletics. I love that you can skip months, and I love how often new products are brought in. I never feel like I'm board with all of the choices they have available. 10/10 would recommend!

You just don't make enough clothes in my size. Like, it seems pretty obvious that you should sell BLACK workout shirts. But you haven't had any in stock for months. Do I want a hot pink workout shirt, or a lime green one? No. And neither does anyone else. That's why they are the only colors available. Solve your supply chain issues. Make some shirts in BLACK. Clearly the fact that they have been out of stock for three months shows that people want them? I feel like your company is all promise but cannot deliver.

My experience with Fabletics has been great! I like how everything fits so comfortably on my body (prices are a little higher than the Department stores gym wear) and I love some of the colors which bring out my skin tone beautifully.

I was a "VIP Member for 6 months" and all but one pair of leggings fits well and the rest do not. You can't get exchanges or correct merchandise when they A) send the completely wrong item you never ordered, B) send back an incorrect size you did not order or C) just want to return something because in person its cheap and ugly until they receive their crap/ incorrect merchandise back. This makes new issues because that means you have to contact their "customer service" which is somewhere in Asia and the agents are extremely difficult to understand and also don't actually do the things they say they will do- like send you a return slip so you can return things. While all this bs goes down, if you don't purchase something by one of their arbitrary dates- they charge you 50$ for the "privilege" of their company membership. It also took me 3 separate phone calls to get a confirmation of cancellation. All in all its a complete waste of time and more importantly, money.

I sent back some items that just didn't meet the claim of "squat proof" and a bra that did not look anything like the picture and fit just a bit too small. It was shipped 2 months ago and yet to receive any information to the hold up in getting my refund.
I think that it's terrible that there is no communication to what's going on besides "waiting on canada post". If they lost it, then that's not them, not me. I shipped it in a timely manner yet I'm the one carrying the cost. It has come to feel that if I don't keep following up, it would be forgotten.
If this isn't resolved soon, I'll be cancelling membership and making my experience public to warn others.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I could also write a novel on how terrible this company is but ill leave it short and simple. Products took over 60 days to arrive after reaching out to their awful customer service with literally zero help. The products are cheap chinese material. Will never purchase from Fabletics again.

Stay away! I got my order today and it is total crap. I didn't even try any of it on. The quality is extremely poor. Returns are NOT easy. You have to call or live chat with a rep to have them email you a label. They charge you a $5.95 restocking fee unless you take store credit... but this stuff is so awful, I would never want anything else from this company. You also have to call to cancel your membership and I can't seem to talk to anyone. I've been out on hold and then disconnected each of the three times I've called.
Wish I could give this company negative stars.
My daughter who attends university saw the ads ordered and then charges on her credit card. She did not authorize anything and yes always read fine print but why can't kate h do an honest business and just sell clothing with no membership ONLY. Is she that unsure of just using her name alone and doing an honest business... one word... KARMA
Friend of mine told me about this shorts. I went online and purchased about 4 pair. I have to say the quality and comfort if great. But my friend few days later said, oh, call them up and opt out of the monthly charges. He said automatically (which they don't come out and tell you unless it's in the fine print) they charge your credit card each month about $50. What?! So i called and asked about that and customer service said yea we do. Well thanks for telling me! If my friend didn't tell me that or go through same experience then i would have been screwed $50 a month!

Having been with fabletics for over 2 years, i have amassed quite an extensive legging, shirt and bra collection. I love the compression in the leggings and the styles with holes along the sides are incredibly strong and do not rip! However, once i covered the staple pieces, it has become harder to engage with the more athletic / abstract styles and colours. Unfortunately, i only buy a few times a year now, and often forget to "skip the month" so my accounts ends up with lots of money sitting, waiting.

I've purchased some great clothing from Fabletics, but the quality and sizing is very inconsistent. Some items were not even wearable (leggings with no waistband that just fall down, for example).
I also didn't like the membership model, which automatically charged me if I didn't shop in the first 5 days of the month. I usually received the reminder email on the 4th or 5th day of the month and had to scramble to avoid being charged. Would prefer a more straightforward pricing model than the membership, which feels manipulative.

Be careful of this company. They will lure you in with nice clothes, branding and supposed 'great' offers - when you'll actually end up unwittingly signed up to their £44 per month 'VIP membership'. They make it hard to cancel this - I had to speak to someone in the customer services department for about 20 mins before he finally agreed to cancel my membership - kept just trying to 'downgrade' me or 'skip a month' when all I ordered was a pair of socks! Hard work, not worth the effort.
Really poorly made clothing. The 'VIP' price is probably the max they should charge. The fabric quality is disgusting and makes you sweat without doing any exercise! The jacket I got isn't lined and is really badly shaped. If I return anything I have to pay $5.95 per item to ship back and get a refund. Also, I now have to try and get out of this contract thing they sign everyone up to. I'm surprised Kate Hudson would put her name on this stuff. The pictures on the website look great, but it's so incredibly tacky.
Have been ordering from Fabletics since the end of last year and have been somewhat satisfied until my most recent purchase. I finally used some store credits I had been saving up and ordered three different pieces only for one of them never to be delivered (Marina leggings). I've looked everywhere to find a customer support phone number and it's almost like this information is hidden. So disappointed because I had been looking forward to the package for a while.

I have had a few issues and the customer service team hasn't helped me. I have tried to return items that didn't fit and been unable to do so due to unhelpful client care representatives on two occasions both online and on the phone. I have also had an order go to my former address after I had already updated my address, for which I never received 2 new credits, nor did I receive my items. The items I just received were fine however I ordered a bikini because in the past the swimwear has been fantastic but this bikini is see through and unflattering unfortunately for me I have given up on trying to return items. I also tried to cancel several times due to the poor service and have been unable to. It's a shame because the leggings and sports bras are typically fantastic if only the service matched.

The shipping is crazy long, it take three, four weeks to get stuff. I will NEVER order from them again because they are not truthful in their shipping notifications and times. They will send you a notification that it is shipped and all they did was print the label and it sits for two or three weeks. I am a ops manager at a major distribution center, I know how it works. If they said, "out of stock, due in two week" i would be much more open to ordering than just waiting on nothing.

While the monthly subscription model may look enticing at first, this is the biggest scam in the recent years. Below are the reasons why:
* You get "1 credit" every month for ~55$ and you can only get 1 item for that. Yes. Even if it's priced less than $55. Meaning, if I want to just get a top which is priced less than $55, I either have to use my monthly credit of higher value or save my credit and pay for it. Which only makes you spend more money and your credits keep accumulating.
* All the items in the store are way overpriced! Cheap materials that are marked up 200 to 300% more and give you 50% off.
* Everything is either nylon or polyester. Not at all comfortable for serious/intense workouts. The designs are cool but they're not really practical.
* And their shipping is always at least 5 days late than what they show when place the order. Even when my order exceeded $100, they claim to provide free shipping but it never arrived on time. Very disappointed.

In 2022, it's hard to stand by a company who carries very limited available stock options when they pitch a VIP membership as being a great option.
When you finally find something that is available even though it may not really be your first, second, or third color preference, be prepared to wait for it for 2-3 weeks before it's packaged, shipped, and delivered to the customer. Product is comparable to the price that is being paid, I could not imagine paying full retail cost for these items.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
