Those guys just started taking $49.95 from my 14 y. O. daughter's account each month. We called, asked for refund and cancelled. To our surprise, they continued charging the account in the next 2 months and when we called, they said "sorry, there's nothing we can do". They are simply trying to squeeze consumers that are not paying attention, or the ones that would not know how to deal with the issue, like my daughter. I believe these practices are corrupt and have to be reported!
