This company is running a scam. You can only use your credit on entire outfits, most of which will be out of stock. I have called multiple times to cancel; they even sent me an email to say my account had been cancelled. Four months later I'm still being charged. I've had to call my bank to dispute the charges. Stay away from Fabletics, you'll be sorry if you don't. I'd give this company a zero if I could.

I have been so pleasantly surprised by this line. The clothing is well made, supportive, and flattering. I am able to mix and match separates and create multiple looks, and can stretch these garments beyond athletic use-I find that many of the leggings paired with one of their oversized sweatshirts or nice tops creates a comfortable casual look that is more polished than jeans. At age 40, after 4 kids and in less than perfect shape (though I'm certainly working on it), I am thrilled to have discovered a great clothing line that makes me look and feel young and beautiful.

Okay... I am a member of Fabletics, and Just fab as well as the fab kids line. It clearly states while your signing up that their will be a monthly charge if you don't opt out by the fifth day of each month. Opt out via phone or from your account. Super simple, I've never had a problem. So if anyone signed up and didn't know what they signed up for its no one's fault but their own. They do not hide it in fine print, it is very upfront. For the price, quality is very good! I really don't get where all these bad reviews are coming from. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to follow the simple directions they have as YOU are signing YOURSELF up! WOW! And btw Kate is great!

Only complaint at the moment is that five inch The One Short web liner rolls up something fierce prompting me to constantly stop and unroll it and pull it down out of my crotch.

This website is a complete scam!
Like many others, I made ONE order.
I did not agree to pay for a subscription for $50/month that is non-refundable (but you can use it as store credit). They conveniently have this "agreement" in very fine print at the very bottom of the page, where they know no one will read/see it.
Also, good luck trying to cancel your subscription! If you want to get anything accomplished you have to call them and listen to someone babble on about how great their company is and why you should stay with the subscription.
HORRIBLE company. This company won't last very long, it's only pissing off a lot of people that are being screwed out of their money!
Love most of their products. Good design and quality. But don't really like the membership system. Can't but every month. Even skipping the month, it just seems too much. I'm trying to quit after spending all my points.

Have never been happier with workout pants... Plus... Pockets! (Plus secret waist band picket so I'm not noticeably showing off my drivers license) the Capri fit was perfect for my petite height. The full length were a touch too long but not noticeable. Completely satisfied with my purchase, happy early birthday to me

These clothes have a lot of plastic in them, which makes them stint when you work out.
I missed the cancellation date by accident three times-- I swear they didn't send me the email notification. Either way, it is completely pointless to sign up for a monthly subscription. Just go to TJ Maxx and keep your freedom to NOT be forced to shop with a company. I ended up getting ripped off in the end. Long story, but have a pair of pants I don't like, and didn't get to spend $100 of credits. Kate Hudson is also a terrible actress.
And when you want to use the credits, you always have to pay extra cash. The deals were never as good as the original deal they lured me in with.

I loved the discount that I got with my first order - I was able to get a great deal. The monthly deals... eh. I almost always skip the month, and will cancel soon, probably. My oldest stuff is about 7 months old and starting to pill at the seams and get loose threads. I've gotten several items that needed to be returned because they were just really bad quality.
I don't like that I am not able to choose any top & bottom for my credit of $60, and the outfits selected for me are often priced near to $60... therefore, I'm not saving ANYTHING. If I want a specific item, it's almost always priced less than my credit. Why would I give you $60 and then let you send me something priced at $40? That's asinine.

Quick deliveries. Never an issue w returns- rarely returned anything I bought. Very accurate description of items offered. Really like the pics of "real" people in the clothing- gives a more realistic view. Only problem- checking the site often enough to get in on the deals before they're gone!

I saw what looked like a great promo on Facebook offering 2 pair of shorts for $24.99. I purchase. The shorts arrived in the two colors I'd requested. However, the shorts in red were smaller than the ones in blue even though they were marked as the same size. I didn't worry about it and thought I'd keep them as "goal" shorts. I noticed over the next 2 months that Fabletics was charging me $54.99 each month for no reason. I had to go through the effort of researching their phone number and calling support to find out why. I was told I was auto enrolled in a clothing membership club that charges my card each month whether I buy anything or not. Fabletics committed to refund the $111 in charges, but I haven't seen the credit yet.
Major hassle, not worth the time.

I ordered four pairs of shorts, three pants, and a pair of joggers. Never got a single tracking update. It took them 30 days to finally admit they never shipped anything out and issue a refund. Four weeks of calling in every week wondering where my clothes are, every time being told to just "give it another week" before they finally gave up.
Biggest scam bull$#*! instagram company you'll ever find. Avoid like the plague.

I tried skipping a month and was unable to do so and then received an email that I had been charged for two months. They kindly refunded me the membership fees (both) and were willing to cancel since I expressed financial hardship. This kind of customer service does not happen out there, truly impressed and grateful. Note, be kind to people you talk to on the phone, it helps!
I was going to buy something on this website but after seeing that I have two options for buying a two pack of shorts "The Franchise Short 2-Piece Kit"
119.90 Or 24.50 with a almost 60 Subscription / monthly (700 yearly if you do the math)
I'm just gonna go ahead and take one of Kevins advice and never pay $100 for a pair of shorts that was literally in one of your marketing hours so for you guys to charge $100 for shorts or try to ponder scammer scheme is ridiculous.
Also the next ridiculous thing is inconsistency in your reviews most reviews are low stared reviews about your "Poor Quality Clothing" and very very bad customer service! Now it is very nice to see that you guys reach out to everyone of these people but nobody has updated their review.

There is no customer service in the US. Don't even try contacting them via chat on their website. I was left waiting for + 1 hour without a response. They process refunds by CHECK that take 8 to 12 months to arrive in hopes to discourage you from making a refund request and keeping their service. They sell your information to magazine subscriptions. I received 8 magazines at my house shortly after my first purchase. They do not apologize for their poor service or their inconveniences to their customers. Their facebook and twitter is littered with angry customer experiences. Learn from all of us who were burned and avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased a pair of leggings and after only 3 wears the inseam on my right inner thigh came undone. When I called to see if they would provide any compensation or exchange them they told me that once they are worn there are no returns and put me on hold for half an hour before I finally hung up in pursuit of "compensation". I would highly recommend to others to be picky about where they purchase their cloths - obviously anywhere but Fabletics.

I saw an add on TV and started making a purchase. You will be automatically registered for VIP membership for 49.95/month... no reminders to cancel or make a purchase... they will just happily charge 49.95 each month... this is bull$#*!. Those active pants suck.

I haven't had my account for very long but so far i'm pretty impressed. The quality is really good, especially for the prices I pay considering that i only purchase when they have a sale. I have tried other companies but i've had to chose between bomb quality $100 leggings or made in China trash for $35. If there's someone with both, the amount/range of products was very limited.
My only complaint is that if you miss something you really liked, they don't seem to restock. They just release new stuff monthly instead.
I think that remembering to skip the month so totally worth the discounts you get, its not that serious. Not sure why people are saying its a scam. Plus I find it difficult to forget since I receive emails from them letting me know that its time.
I did however learn from these reviews not to mess with store credit at all but it isn't necessary to mess with it in order to enjoy the whole thing

I ordered some workout gear many months ago and returned them as the fit and quality were poor. What I didn't notice was that Fabletics has been charging me $49.95 / month since that time. Not sure what I signed up for, but I can assure you it was not intentional. I finally realized they were charging me for nothing. I called their customer service folks to get the charges removed. The first agent put me on hold, never came back on the line, and subsequently hung up on me. The second agent promises a full refund in 5 - 10 business days, so hopefully I'm done with them. My advice, stay away.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
