Don't get involved here. It may seem like a good deal at first, but then you have to remember to skip or buy something every month. On top of that, you recieve cheap quality goods, that may look super cute, but fall apart. After only a few wears that were just around town and such, the crotch of two of their joggers got a run that turned into a huge gaping hole. Customer service did not care as I was just slightly outside the return window
Love your merchandise, love the sales. However, almost always impossible to find my husband's size in clothes that match each other or are in coordinating colors. Especially if an item is on sale. Thinking about discontinuing membership because of that.

Materials are cheap and shipping is questionable. Two orders and both have been "in transit" for extended periods with original shipping estimate missed by weeks. When order finally arrived the quality was worse than expected, but probably in line with the super discounted price. Their subscription model is a bad deal when the monthly cost and resulting "member credit" has you paying higher than their own sales prices that they run pretty often.

I would say I've had about 75-80% satisfaction with my clothing orders. They are very well made and great fabric however, some sizing has not always aligned.
I dislike the requirement to "skip" each month or you're billed for a 'member credit'. That's just not ethically right to me and I wish they'd do away with it.

I've changed over my entire wardrobe from the mainstream brands (Nike, adidas, etc) to Fabletics and I can honestly say it's been a great move. Everything is good quality, properly priced and fits well. Glad I made the switch

My kid just wanted to buy a few items. This notion of a subscription clothing service is insane. You'll have little success, I think, as people start to discover the charges mounting on their credit card. You need to do a better job of pausing things when it reaches some limit (which needs to be very low)... continually charging people for clothes is ridiculous.

The scan to get your info and start charging you $50 for stuff you didn't buy. In addition, the product is low quality and doesn't fit the sizes. Additionally, it takes three (3)! Weeks to get your order. And when I called to cancel the so-called VIP service, I was put on hold for 13 minutes, than obnoxious customer service person was rudely lecturing me and explaining how my reasons for cancelling are not good enough! Horrible, awful, shameful company. Kate Hudson should not be associating herself with this kind of scams. Embarrassment!
My wife ordered (2) pieces of clothing. The top piece arrived damage. I proceeded to make the claim in their site, however a message appeared that the particular piece of clothe could not be returned. Very disappointed because we have been loyal customers for long time.

Hey! Okay I never leave reviews but this really deserves one! I got two tights. One of them tucks in my tummy and the other has zipper pockets on the side. Both are INCREDIBLY COMFORTABLE! Like they're true to size, they don't roll down you don't even feel them on you! I am super happy with my purchase and I wanna buy more! I'll probably do a YouTube review on my channel 2 for 24 was a steal! Even one for $24 is nuts for the quality! For everyone who says big girls can't rock tights…never tried these ones! They compliment ur body. Okay I'm done…y'all go get these lol

Soft, stylish, durable and fits amazing. Every time I go into my local store either for a purchase, window shopping or exchanging the staff is welcoming and extremely professional. After my first experience and purchase I've switched my entire work wardrobe over to Fabletics mens line. Just love your stuff.

First time ever reviewing, but I'm seriously feeling defeated. I have endless clothes from this site that don't fit, refunding was impossible, so I've given 75% away to charity. I've been a member for a year, tried to cancel many times. Their phone has disconnected me, they pretend they can't hear me and hang-up, won't reply to my emails or engage on the website chat. I'm going to cancel my Credit Card as I think I'm out of options =(
Last order of items received were men's sweats. Both top & bottoms shrunk so much in the washer/dryer it now fits our 10-year-old daughter. Im not at all satisfied with the quality of most items after washing and/or drying.

I don't want to spend $150 on LuLu's. I love almost all of my Fabletics finds. Every collection has its own form of quality. I've been super happy to look and shop for workout clothes. While finding super cute puffer jackets at the same time

Purchased men's shorts (2 for $24). Sounds like a great deal, right? Wrong! In order to get the deal, you are required to signup for a "membership". This membership will automatically begin charging your card $50 a month and really doesn't get you much besides free shipping and the original promo. Not to mention it's a completely hidden charge. They will NOT provide refunds for these charges and their customer service SUCKS. Shipments have been 5-7 business days delayed from what they originally post. Quality of the clothes is at least respectable but nothing special.
The return system online is impossible. You automatically get sent the same thing when you select exchange not given the option to replace. A customer service agent fixed it. The clothes are nicely made and I have a pair of pants I'm obsessed with. Shipping takes forever compared to any other service. Says shipped but details say "ready to go" for days on end.

I rarely write online reviews, but this company is such a scam that I wanted to warn others to stay away! They rope you in with their "2 leggings for $24" if you join their VIP membership. What is not obvious upfront is that they will also charge you $49.95 per month after you subscribe for each month you don't purchase anything. Who the heck would willingly sign up for that?! My husband just noticed that for several months we had been charged $49.95 from Fabletics.com when I'd only ever placed 1 order. Today, I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get some of our money refunded. I was issued a partial refund, but it sounds like others haven't been so lucky. So... not only is the Fabletics company a total scam, but their customer service is inconsistent. Seriously, stay away!

We went into the Nashville physical location and the card readers were "having issues". My mother ended up being charged 3 times for her purchases. The moment was clearly withdrawn from her account NOT a hold like Fabletics keeps saying.
I've waited 2 weeks to receive pants that did not fit - disappointing.
Update. I called and asked for a replacement, something larger, but Fabletics did not have it, so then I cancelled the order. I asked for the return sticker and was advised that was on the way. Same day my account is charged $49 or so, membership fee: apparently me taking advantage of the sale for a pair of $39 pants automatically signed me up for a $50 monthly subscription. And as I was cancelling the sale, I got charged the subscription a whole 8 days early. I cancel everything, returned everything, and I'll want all my money back, and hopefully I'll have nothing to do with Fabletics for the rest of this century!... and all I wanted was some stretchy pants...!

The website is horrible. It lets you put something in your cart even if it is out of stock but then doesn't tell you which item isn't available. ZERO customer service. Rude when you call. Shipping - forget about it. It's like a surprise when it actually arrives because "we have no control over when the shipping company comes to pick things up". For example, I never received an order confirmation via email. The only way to see that it went through was from my credit card statement. Here it is three weeks later, I received an email saying my package would arrive five days ago. Still no package, Customer service has no idea where it is and told me to check back in 48 hours.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
