When I first joined Fabletics about 5-6 years ago, I was impressed. Items were in stock, orders came fairly quickly, customer service was good. Since they have grown, all of the above have decreased substantially. While I like the quality of most products, I hesitate to order from them. Many times, a particular item will have extremely limited availability in my size and preferred color. Delivery time is terrible. Customer service is less than impressive.
Before 'getting started' they very vaguely mention that one of the benefits of fabletics is 'flexibility' in that you can opt out by the 5th of the month and with hindsight this makes sense of course. At the time it was completely unclear what this actually meant. You have to give your email address even before you see their products and that is how you 'sign up' to their scam and the cascade of damage is done. Granted what I bought from them was nice but I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. Also, all their 'good' reviews look fake. No reasonable person would knowingly sign up to this. As a company they should be worried about the inevitable consequences of an illegal operation. To deal with them go through your bank.
I am surprised Fabletics received so many bad reviews. First of all, people who get upset tend to express their feelings more. $25 for your first outfit is very generous from Fabletics. I am repeating what other people said; you have to know what you sign up for. If you don't want to be charged $49.99/month, call customer service and cancel your VIP membership. Win – win situation; you get a bargain for one outfit. When you collect 1000 points, you get 1 free outfit. Points collect through purchasing and product reviews.
Overall, my experience has been great. I purchase outfits often; good quality – worth the money. Although one time I forgot to skip a month, I still could use the credit for next purchase. Credits charged rollover, does not expired.
Was getting charged every month 49$ without my permission. Email about charging my bank account by Fabletics either was never sent to me or was going in Promotion Folder (which nobody really checks). Had to call 2 times in order to get refund, with no success. Do not sign up for their membership.

Loved that I could get some good quality inexpensive leggings, but they just didn't fit me properly and just kept rolling down my torso. Oh well, it was a good try. I'm sure they work great for others

I've been double charged multiple times for items or subscription fees and customer service is always unhelpful in resolving them. I'm always out money without a purchase and am extremely disappointed

I actually really like the solid power hold leggings. The biggest issue I have with Fabletics is that they don't restock. They bank on making new styles monthly. If something happened to a piece of clothing you liked, you're never going to be able to buy a replacement. I can't understand why they won't just keep some basics available for purchase. Everything goes out of stock and never comes back.

I've been eyeing Fabletics for awhile and was finally going to give it a try as a friend loves her items from there. After waiting literally over a month they still do not have any of the items- especially pants in size medium. Based on this alone there is no way I will ever order from them especially since it is membership based. Seriously disappointing...

I would say that typically it is hard to find matching sets in my size. Usually, a lot of sizes are sold out and unavailable for people who need larger sizes. Also I haven't used it recently because the maternity selection is very limited.

I recently found that they were charging me for credit even the month I shopped, which it should be only charged if you didn't order between the 1st to 5th of each month. At least, that is what I have agreed to for years. So I contacted them and got an answer like this --- they changed their policy by sending out marketing emails and counting them as "informed" enough. And they also updated their "how it works" page. So they sneakily charged everyone an extra credit every month when you think it was still "shop or skip"!
This is a fraud! I'm reporting this company and spreading the word in every way I can. And NO! They will never get my money ever again!

The old school power hold leggings are great, but there are so many different fabrics now that it is easy to order the wrong ones. Secondly, I have purchased what I thought was the same sports bra - (same name) - but not actually the same. The final challenge - it's difficult to return things. The inconsistency and difficulty in returning items has made me move more to shopping local (for less cost) versus risk ordering on fabletics.

I ended my vip membership due to seeing an import tariff charged to me. You are having this stuff made in china very cheaply. I don't do business with companies that make products out of the usa and then charge the fee to get it here. I would rather buy american at that point.

I ordered two pairs of leggings from fabletics more than 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive them and my tracking says "pending" after it said to be shipped yesterday by the end of the day. Their website guarantees "fast shipping".

They would not honor a day late request to claw back the subscription, charged me $60, and beat around every single question I had. It's like my questions didn't matter, the rep just read off her script and didn't answer anything. Horrible experience and will not be buying from here anymore which is unfortunate because I like the shorts. No way I will go through that again though.

Are you people serious? How is it the company's fault that you CAN'T READ? I got my outfit for 50% off, loved it and knew exactly what I was signing up for when I bought it. I now regularly get athletic clothes from them and find them to be extremely competitive in price and quality with brands like lululemon. If you don't want to pay the $50 on any particular month, you can easily go online and skip a month and returns are easy, same thing, go online and just return stuff. The people giving this site 1 star ratings need a reading course and a class on how the internet works. I love my fabletics, 5 stars all the way!
Total crap did not realize that by ordering I have also joined a VIP club for which I will be paying $50 every month. It took me two payments to notice something's up and this has been such a waste of money. My bad for not reading the fine print I guess. But why on earth would anyone want to pay $50 every month for membership at a store where you will be spending anyway!?

Completely wrong order received. Paid for 4 items, received 1 and it was not what I ordered. Called and am currently on hold for ~16 min+ with rep waiting for resolution. Shipping address verified so obviously warehouse mistake. Received a small flare legging that was definitely not purchased. I am disappointed because my friends have had nothing but good things to say about Fabletics.

My daughter fell victim to this scam! She bought two leggings in March and unknown to her she was being charged 49.95 a month for the past 5 months. She is deaf, which makes it difficult for her to get a good paying job. Fabletics just took 1/4 of her monthly salary from her. SHAME ON YOU! I am very disappointed that Kate Hudson is co-owner in a company that scams people with their fine print. When I chatted to cancel, they kept saying she had credits she could use, but they don't calculate the credit when she tried to use them. Additionally, one of the leggings got a run in the leg the first day she wore them. This may require court action. I am furious!

I cancelled the account in May, but they continued to take payments. This ongoing saga has been going on for one month, they are telling me I need to use the credits but I don't want too as the account was closed. I have had different responses from different operators. Today had a link to an online chat to try to resolve but surprisingly enough it's not even working. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I wonder if Kate Hudson is aware of the awful service received and continuous scams in terms of them taking money without your permission. I'm currently battling to get my money back for May, June and July. Will not recommend this to anybody.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
