Fabletics Scrubs are amazing and are definitely worth it if you value high quality scrubs at an affordable price. These scrubs are not only comfy, but they are also stylish and provide plenty of storage for whatever your healthcare needs are.
I order on a regular basis and seldom have to return anything. I have enjoyed wearing everything I have purchased and love the convenience of shopping from home. I have especially been pleased with my booties and boots that I have purchased because they offer Wide calf boots and most of them have full length zippers. I can not wear boots with zippers that do not go to the top. All the footwear I have purchased are comfortable enough to wear working or walking on concrete and that is super important to me!
I paid for 2-day shipping on Tuesday, May 28th and still have not received my order and it is Monday, June 3rd. This is not the first time this has happened with Fabletics. I am highly dissatisfied with wasting my money on shipping when it does not get here by the date I paid for.
I've had a few order problems and a lot of buggy issues with their website and chat functionality. Most recent problem was a package that not only shipped super late but never actually arrived. They "escalated" the issue and said to contact them again after two days. (Why this is I have no idea, if anything they should be reaching out to us with their resolution). End result was a denial and was told to contact the shipping company. I had already done that before contacting them in the first place. Shipping company says to talk to Fabletics. Absolute bull$#*! to be passed around and with how large of an order I made, they offered a $50 account credit to keep my membership. Missing Order was $300! Cancel your membership. There are plenty of other brands to choose from
It is a scam. I subscribed to the VIP membership, and they were charging me every month 49,95 euros (well, should be more attentive to the regulations written in tiny letters but such a type of obligation did not even come to my mind). I luckily realized that after 2 months so just wanted to spent those points on some clothes, as the leggings I bought were actually quite OK. Apparently though I can't use all my points at the same time. So having almost 100 euros in points I can only spend 49,95 per order and then pay again the sum exceeding the value of 49.95. If I want to pay less and just buy e.g. for 39 euros, point system doesn't seem to be working at all and I have to pay everything in cash. Ridiculous.
The prices on their website is another thing, as only when you go to the payment you can see the real amount. Never again.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If you will be returning anything they will take a month to process it. Advisors will be turning you in circles asking random questions irrelevant questions. It's been nearly a month since I returned to legs and just had another useless conversation with an advisor who said they still have not received my parcel though Hermes has delivered it ages ago. If you have time to waste order from this company and enjoy the ride.
Also, leggings are see-through.

I thought this one would be something else but when everything we buy is from China why am I surprised. 2020 was spent at home in lounge wear and finally got a job after 8 months of looking so wanted to reward me with some good lounge/athletic wear. Order the only pants and takeover pants. When tried to get the tag out it ripped the label. When I went to return I noticed that the items have to be unused, in original bags with tags... there you go 60 days roll in warranty is out the door unless you wear it for 60 days with the tag on. What a rip off, can't wait to shop from brick and mortar stores.
Why does returns have to be saleable condition? Why do you say that we can wear for 60 days roll in it and then return?

I love the quality of everything I buy from Fabletics. My old leggins always got holds in the thigh area after about a year. I have leggings that I've have for over 3 years and they are still like new. I am also very curvy, with a small waist and the fit of the leggings are comfortable and fits me perfectly without a gaps in the back.

I was very disappointed in the only way to contact the company is via chat or phone only to sit on hold for far too long. Their "support" email address does not accept emails. I was attempting to cancel my account due to not being used and was told they could not refund me anything, even though their website indicates I am "entitled to a refund of the entire consideration paid for the contract". I assume this is why they went to issuing "member credits" instead of giving dollar values to your membership. We will see if I end up getting my refund. I would not recommend.

My daughter is pleased with hers but I ordered some men's pants and they were extremely uncomfortable. The seam is located right over the knee so with every step it rubs your knee raw or pulls hair. Worst pants ever

I ordered 7 pairs of shorts, very unimpressed with the number of options provided. The website shows each color variation of the shorts as a different listing (including those that are not currently available) to make it seem like they have a larger selection than they actually do, but this just makes shopping on their site much more confusing until you figure it out. I liked two of the shorts that I received but want to return 5 of them, only to find out that, although I was assured that they have free returns, this only applies if you drive 40 minutes to the nearest outlet. There is absolutely no option to ship the items back to them, not even if you pay for shipping yourself.

I ordered a few items using member credits. Some didn't fit or look good so I returned them. I still have not received my member credits back and there's been no communication about the process or status I'm of this with me.
I can never really find anything that fits in the right way. Too small in some areas and too large in others. Feels inconsistent. Quality of clothing is also variable.

I placed an order Friday morning. It is now the following Wednesday. The package "supposedly" shipped out tuesday morning. But when I go to track the package the courier says "package not found". I've called customer service yesterday and today to find out what is going on. They kept insisting that it was just not updated yet. You trying to tell me in like 5 days there is no update? I am starting to believe that this is a scam and my order will never come. Not happy. Really slow. Not to mention the site says the package should deliver in 4-7 days from order being placed. Clearly that will not happen.

Love their products. Most are very comfy and fit true to size. Lots of variety in style and colorways. The checkout/cart is too hard to decipher. They put in all these ways you "save" money with the regular price crossed out, then the VIP price crossed out, then the sale price shown. God forbid you put in a cash reward and/or a separate coupon code. It doesn't always show a separate line item of your discount being taken out. With all the math mathing at the same time, it creates confusion and sometimes the illustion that you're saving more than you actually are. And I'm a member! Just spell it out. Coupon Code XYZ: -$20. Cash Reward Applied: -$50. And then show that result in the total. That would be a lot clearer. Also, part of their business model is to create scarcity and it can be frustrating when an item you like is out of stock, not available in the color or size you want. Sometimes that item never returns or it returns several months later even though it was supposedly "limited edition." We all want to save and batch as many items as possible for the sale price and free shipping but sometimes this out of stock stuff ruins your plans. Anyways, overall I really like them but sometimes it's frustrating.
Can't go wrong with their tops, shorts, and pants. There have been very rare misses. I do have my favorite go-tos and I just stick with those because I know they'll fit and feel nice. Definitely will continue shopping here.
Please be aware.after my purchase of a pair of shorts they automatically signed me up for the $60 a month VIP membership.my card was charged without my authorization and once I spoke to customer service they agreed to cancel and reimburse my money…well all they did was cancel the transaction but will not refund the $60. So when u see the cancellation you'll confuse it with an actual refund. This happened on 4 separate occasions.

Purchased women's leggings in size small that continually slip down during a workout. I am 5' 4 and 125 pounds. Have leggings from other brands that have elastic at the waist. Quality was good but hate that I am pulling them up constantly. Disappointing.

I love the way they fit my body and how easy it is to workout in them. I work out 4x a week and all I wear is Fabletics! They keep me dry in all the right places which is a huge plus for me!
The process to only skip the month during a 5 day window is a terrible experience to start. Then the fact that you have to wait in a queue for 30+ minutes to cancel with a person (despite many states having laws requiring any subscription created online to have an online cancellation) makes this tremendously worse. Lastly the website is so slow and clunky that purchasing is a pain. Overall I hated my time with fabletics and only kept it as long as I did because cancelling it was so difficult (which I know is why it's set up this way).

I am not the only customer who unknowingly signed up for a membership I know nothing about! Over £150 stolen from my account and now battling to get this back. I don't know how anyone can be so underhanded with other peoples money. Joint WAS NOT clear. As far as I was aware I was purchasing 2 pairs of leggings. End of!

I have had over ten orders cancelled by the company. They say the order is cancelled because some of the items are not in stock, however they don't fill the rest of the order. Twice I made absolutely sure that the items in my cart has significant quantity so that it wouldn't get cancelled due to out of stock items - both times the order was cancelled for the same reason as usual. I have only ever had two orders actually full and get delivered
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
