I ordered the same pants twice in one order when I went to return them It was very easy to do so and they shipped me the correct color pants before I even had an opportunity to return the wrong ones! I was going to cancel my VIP subscription this customer service Kept me hooked!
I am always so happy when I order fabletics because of how good the clothes feel and fit. I also ordered them with a discount and not a lot of places to do that for example the big brands. And I love how fabletics seems to be getting compared to even the gym clothes that I wear and those big brands don't even come close to value or quality.
The rep I spoke to was very insistent that a recent charge for non-use of the website not be lost. I asked for a refund, but he kept insisting that I use the credit balance on my account to make a purchase, which I didn't want to do. He didn't want to give up, but I finally won in the end.
It is very easy to peruse the uniforms, the exercise clothes, shoes, and bags to get me to work and the gym. I ordered two zippered bras on this occasion and they are due to be delivered on the 7th. Always exciting when my selections are delivered.
I love going into the actual brick and mortar store. I do NOT like the website. Too many side deals and offers that wont let you just check out and it is not strait forward. Also, it is like an Act of Congress to cancel your membership online. Skipping a month has gotten easier.
I was surprised last April to found out that I have 11credits or points in Fabletics until I reveived their email. I am NOT aware that their is a monthly deductions in my CC aftwr.my 1st purchased last May 2023. However, thay were able to reversed 7 credits and I must use 4 credits for purchases.
I would like to mentioned also that few.people I knew experienced the same (unknowingly CC being deducted monthly).
Overall, product quality is good. The lightweight materials and comfort are worth the price on the items I've gotten
Anyhow, I keep my membership. And yes, I am aware now about the monthly deductions. ;)
I made my purchase and after that, I received I bill from a subscription that I never want or choose to take.2 weeks and still waiting to get my money back.nothing yet
I love Fabletics, it's about half my wardrobe but sometimes I like a style and then they discontinue it. I understand changing with the styles, etc., but maybe just keeping a few of the old things in stock for example I like the crop pants kind of like the power and they were lower wasted I like the lower wasted stuff, otherwise Fabletics is great!
Love the fabric and durability of uniform.i don't feel the membership is necessary that's the reason I cancelled. Not in need of 59.99 worth of product every month. With everything going who would remember to skip a month or else be charged.

The products are good quality. The problem seems to be mismanagement of the product and the web site. The process needs a good overhaul. The employees are very nice and helpful, however; they can only try to help customers within the faulty parameters they are given. Management should stop apologizing and hire tech people who know what they are doing.
Love the new Cloud Jersey material. I travel a lot, and I wear my hoodie and jogger sets to the airport every time!
One of the pair of pants that I bought started losing thread from the seams almost immediately after I got it, for pants that are more than $75 I'd expect better than that, the other pair has piling already as well.
I personally do not think fabletics is worth all the hype. I spent almost $100 for one set and still got charged the full $49.95 membership on top of my purchase. If you are willing to pay that just to get a 20% discount be my guest, just count me out! I can find workout clothes at other stores with just as good quality for much less!

You buy a month member credit for $49.95 but then they always have sales that make everything cost less than the $50 so essentially they're locking you into paying full price. If anything goes wrong, which I've had happen several times on their website, good luck, support is completely unhelpful.

False, deceptive advertising has stolen £196 (£49 a month without my consent, criminal). Didn't even know i was signing up for a vip membership. Thousands upon thousands of people have been going through the same thing since apparently the mid 2010's, and yet hardly anyone knows about fabletics being a scam. Kate hudson should be ashamed.

I still have not got my order. I have called countless times due to doordash being unable to deliver and even changed my address and still haven't got my order. Will not recommended.
I love Fabletics clothing and am really enjoying my new scrubs. What I don't like is that if I forget to skip a month I'm charged $59. I have somehow been charged this amount at least 7 times. I will keep buying the clothes so I don't like my money being taken from me. It's a lot of money. And often the clothes I want or things on sale are always picked over and out of stock. There have been several times that something free like slippers come with a purchase but they are all gone. It's hard to buy Christmas presents for my family due to low stock. Bottom line. I don't like being forced to purchased items because my money was taken from me. I do love the product. So as soon as I use the next two credits I need to end my VIP account. I have a feeling that won't be easy to do either. I have never had this experience with any other company.

I love all of the clothes I've bought from fabletics. They're comfy and fit incredible for people that DONT skip leg day. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is shipping is horrendous…Ive been waiting over 2 weeks for my order to arrive. Please fabletics, if you actually read this, terminate your partnership with Newgistics. They're absolute garbage.

Very comfortable design and the garments are soft and make the movements easy. I love all the collaborations designed and all the colors they have. I simply love Fabletics.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
