I enjoy the pants, they are soft and light. Perfect to take for traveling. I might be one of your oldest customers (67 years old). I got them also for my daughter, daughter in law and my 21 year old granddaughter. Wow!
I'm a personal trainer and I'm in leggings almost every day. I've tried many brands in the past but always find that my Fabletics are the best. They feel good, look good and last after many, many washes. It's the brand I recommend to all of my clients.
My experience shopping with Fabletics was great. I love the scrubs, they many colors and styles to choose from. I was so happy that they had tall size. Since January I have purchase 2 more scrub sets and was completely satisfied with my purchase and fit. Received lots of compliments from coworkers at the hospital I work at. Gladly passed it on that I shopped online with Fabletics.
Fabletics is easy to navigate, and their clothes are the best! Great quality and sizes are very true to size!
I love how they show multiple models in the same outfits to give you an idea of a similar body type and or the size you typically wear!
I've purchased many products from this company and I love their brand. They have some of the most comfortable and suitable leggings and other items I wear throughout the week. Their products are good for working out, lounging and running errands around town. I'm pleased with the customer service and the products I receive for the money I pay
I love a lot of the things you sell. But the sizes are always different. Either too big or too small and I cannot tell from the models & size description. Some of the pants are too short and such a heavy gauge they're hot & uncomfortable. Some look like clown wear.
/// By the same token, others I have are fabulous.
I have 2 thin sweatshirt- pullovers in a cranberry color. $79 price point. Love them but they have pills on the front after just a few wearing.
The sales and prices are great. It's just the inconsistency in size that is disappointing.
I have purchased many clothes from Fabletics and I like them. They fit well and are cute. With that being said, I cannot wear any of them. Fabletics uses polyester which I seem to be allergic to because I can't wear the clothes without breaking out. I wish there were more items made with cotton or other natural fabrics.
Multiple orders have been amended with clothes no longer in stock being cancelled after other has been paid for and awaiting delivery. You do get a refund but very frustrating as you shouldn't be able to place in cart and purchase if there is insufficient stock.
So many times I mark nothing for the month and continued to get charged. This is flat wrong. Effective immediately, I have started taking screen shots as proof. Website is horrible to use, and the increased charges for monthly is outrageous. You need a better model.
Love the athletic wear and compression leggings as the seams do not cut into my skin. My dissatisfaction is when I initially ordered wasn't aware that I was signing up for a subscription. I wished someone would have told me.
Thanks
Just about everything I've purchased from Fabletics has been awesome! From shorts to sweats, and long sleeves to polos, it's all been comfy and functional. However, the price for the monthly subscription is just too high. The products are great, but $60 for a pair of shorts or sweat pants seems a bit much. I would certainly maintain a membership if the monthly price was in the range of $35 to $45.
I ordered some leggings and sports bras that I liked, but then the next few months I didn't see anything I wanted. Unfortunately I ended up accumulating 2 extra member credits. Member credits suck because mostly you can trade them in for one pair of leggings (a terrible deal) or sometimes a light jacket. There are some two piece sets but they seem to sell out really quickly (at least anything I liked) and then you're back to one pair of leggings. I think I'm done with Fabletics.
You all messed up my initial order and I did not receive it in time for Christmas. When you resent, it was missing an item which made me pay more fewer items. I am mostly at home and have a difficult time getting out, so I have not been able to return the items and so I am stuck with them. And now I have been charged a monthly fee for being part of a membership that I never asked to belong to. You have my credit card number and now I am at your mercy.
When browsing the site for the first time, many items were out of stock. I was able to get one pair of leggings, which were of poor quality. They collected fabric pills very quickly. (First wear and wash)
I love their clothes. It lasts a long time. My issue is with the credit system. They'll charge me $65 a month if I don't skip … fine. But then if I want to buy something that's on sale that's worth less than my credit … I lose money. I often found items on sale that I wanted and it never made sense to use my credits. I had to cancel.
The 80% of discounts 1st time buyer gets why don't the VIP Members get that too after paying $60/month.
We love the quality and materials but we need the prices to be same as first time buyers so we can enjoy our shopping too.
I used to keep my VIP because the kit bundles made it worth it. But the clothes do not fit consistently. I usually have to do a couple of exchanges before landing on a size that fits well. The stock is always sold out or low on sizes that I wear. The price hike now makes it so that I am considering not being a VIP member anymore.
I really like the clothes at Fabletics especially the scrubs. However using the website is a drag. There are tons of pop ups and it's difficult to shop. I also really dislike the membership system. I would shop at Fabletics more often if the website were less snazzy and they just priced their items normally with no membership option.
The products offered by Fabletics I have found to be of good quality. However, I don't really care for the company as a whole. First place, I feel the products, as offered, are over priced. If you can catch something you like on sale, the price is acceptable. However, catching it on sale is very hard because when items are offered, it seems like either the colors or sizes aren't available. The other thing is I'm constantly bombarded by emails, sometimes several times a day for products that are either overpriced, not in my size, or just useless.
The quality of the material has been diminishing in recent years. The power hold leggings used to be thicker and better quality. They are now thin and see through, without nearly as much stretch. They feel stiff and not nearly as comfortable as in the past. Also, many items are out of stock. Due to this and the rising membership cost, I plan on cancelling my membership
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
