It's all a big scam made terrible mistake thinking it was like Asda you guest checkout and membership added to your basket.
No where does it say for £49 a month.

3 months ago, I bought some shorts from these people. Had to sign up for VIP. Never received the shorts. Some dude from Somalia told me the account probably never got created and that I would have to reorder the shorts. Decided not to because it seemed like a crappy company. Lone behold, I get charged next month for their $#*!ty VIP membership. I call them up. Still say they can't find my account. They tell me to file a dispute with my bank and my account will automatically be deleted and I'll get my money back. File the dispute. Gets denied. Fabletics now tells me that they will issue me a check but it will take 5 to 7 weeks BECAUSE I FILER A DISPUTE. Wait 7 weeks. Still no check. Call them back and they tell me the check request never got filed BECAUSE I FILED A DISPUTE. Say they have no filed a request for the check but it'll be 4 to 6 weeks! Hahahaha what a $#*!ing joke. Avoid thos $#*! hole of a company like the plague.

Edit: Customer service contacted me right away and refunded my money for the website subscription I never authorized. They did the right thing which I really appreciate, they cloth is kind cool, not bad products at all, but this "website sub" trick really downgraded my impression on their brand
Here's my rule of thumb when rating a company/brand, never trust a company who charges your credit card more than once without your consent, especially when it's not a purchase, Fabletics will forever be on my blacklist.
I bought 3 pcs cloth from their website because they pushed a promotion ads, seem like a great deal, $30 for 3 pcs shorts and tees, and the transaction were somewhat smooth. Quality and style seem to be ok, nothing mind blowing. Nothing seem wrong right? Wrong! Until a month later, I found out they criminally charged me $49.99 TWICE for "website site subscription" which I never allowed! You got be kidding me! We should have any more financial ties after my first purchase, whatever reason they charge me $49.99 can not be justified. Fortunately I bought thro paypal who can get involve and give a refund.
Again, this is the company I will blacklist forever.

To start off I want to say the actual clothing and products themselves aren't bad. I do enjoy wearing the activewear and accessories but…the shipping and overall experience of Fabletics is horrible. To start off the app is very buggy, takes forever to load, and is not very user friendly. Then when an order is finally able to be processed using the difficult app the shipping experience is even worse. All orders are usually shipped in different shipments, then tracking is garbage, shipping times are trash, and you honestly never know when you should receive your order…could be 3-5 days, could be 6-9, could be over a week and a half you just never know.
Fabletics products are 4 stars, everything else about Fabletics is 2-3 starts. The company needs improvement.

I ordered an outfit for a birthday gift 10 days before the date of the birthday. I have never had a problem getting orders before. I waited four weeks before making a call to check on the status of the order, understanding that with the Covid-19 things may be slow, I was told my order was being processed. Two weeks later (6 weeks to the day I place the order) I called again and was told the order was being processed, needless to say I cancelled my ordered and have not ordered anything for Fabletics since. The day I cancelled the order I placed an order from lululemon and received the items in 5 days. I get everything was effected by the pandemic but 6 wks is a very long time to have to wait when other companies were not taking that long to get their product out.
At checkout, I selected 2-5 day shipping. Well, it has already been 7 days and my order is still on the other side of the country and not expected for 4 more days. The arrival date keeps changing, so who knows when it will actually get here. I realize that COVID has slowed down shipping times, but my order wasn't even completed by Fabletics for 5 days (my order only contained 3 items by the way). When I contacted customer service about this issue, they informed me that although it says 2-5 day shipping, it is guaranteed within 16 days! To advertise 2-5 days and then say it could actually be within 11 days of what's advertised is outrageous! Not to mention the only compensation they offered me was a 20% off coupon... yeah cuz I totally want to keep shopping from you. *eye roll* If you don't mind waiting weeks for your online orders, then I guess this wouldn't be a problem for you. As for the quality of their clothes, well I can't say because I'm still waiting on mine.

Purchased a shirt in store but clerk had to order due to size not being available. I received shirt but it had a big hole in it. Returned.
It is literally doing this across all devices. What the bell is going on? I'm going to block all card payments going to you because I can no longer suspend monthly member credits.

Part of my order was cancelled due to apparently not having the stock. They had the stock when I put the order through, they had the stock the day that they cancelled the order and I was not offered a replacement and didn't get a refund as it was part of a two for one deal, so I just got a one for normal price.
I live in Australia and shipping here is expensive so I order a bunch at a time but might not bother again. Shipping is taking a lot longer to reach Australia than ever before in 2022 and the tracking information doesn't work outside of the USA so the tracking details stop working as soon as it leaves the US
Quality of the clothes is great, but was disappointed with customer service this time.

Sounds fishy - bait and switch 1 Credit is like $60 and you hit us with 1 Credit for like $20-30 items... get your act staight and make it valuable for consumers here as we feel scammed as you autocharge that monthly and jip us for using this against 20-30$ worth of product. Change your model -- the logistics is improving.

The fabric is amazing. Fit is even better. I love these! I'll be wearing them tons through the summer because they don't get too hot either!
I was lullered into fabletics by seeing the 2 for $24 leggings at the mall. I thought this was such a good deal and there was no way this was true, and I was right. The person that helped me which was in Irvine Spectrum told me there was no other charge. I was not aware that there was a $59.95 charge every month to my credit card. I also wasn't aware that they save your card to your account when I bought it online. This was charged for 6 months until I recent went to browse the website and saw that I had member credits. I do not care about the member credits because I wasn't on planning on buying more stuff in the first place. THIS IS SUCH A SCAM! Do not get the membership unless you know all the guidelines and fees that are charged to your card.

I've really enjoyed the clothing I've purchased from Fabletics. I find the sizes to be reasonable and the clothes of good quality.
I dislike the "Skip the Month" model as I've been away a few times and been charged upfront. I don't want to prepay. I want to buy when I'm ready to buy.
I plan to discontinue my "membership" and its kind of left a bad taste in my mouth even though I like the product.
There are other brands out there that don't charge me if I don't log in during the first 5 days of the month. If it weren't for the model I would likely purchase more.

Read the fine print - they charge you $50 a month after you sign up. It's a trap. I bought something on social media to find out 6 months later they pulled $300 from my bank account.

I cancelled my membership and they continued to take my money each month. Decided to just buy the active wear as couldn't be bothered to go through the hassle and hours of trying to get a refund AGAIN. I cannot get onto a single human as the order HAS NOT ARRIVED. The stupid automative chat system just looks up my email and says order shipped. There is now no record of my order, no credits and they have once again stolen my money. This company is despicable and people should be warned to stay away.

I placed an order for a top and pants then they continued to charge me for 4 months! When challenged you get a scripted response and a very unprofessional pressured response. The manager agreed a 3 payment refund (but the amount did not add up to 3!) I am contacting trading standards and my credit card fraud team. They agreed to cancel the VIP scam however I rang back and guess what they hadn't! I cannot explain just how ignorant to this the call centre staff are, they must get this almost every call. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I red the fine print, I knew about the monthly charge if you don't skip. What I didn't know about was the pretentious lady who tried to convince me to keep my account for 20 minutes when I called to cancel. She offered me 20% off and said the same things over and over and when I told her to cancel my account 3 times she would say the same thing again. She annoyed me to the point where I hung up. DO NOT SIGN UP.
First of all, for the amount of items to chose from I am sadly disappointed with the number of items that I actually like. I have returned several items - I do have 2 or 3 pieces that have actually worked for me but have found other brands that I like much better. Also, last time I placed an order - only to use to up the credits I had accumulated - I was charged the credit fee the day after. WTF, Fabletics?

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
