The customer experience is awful. I placed a single order that got split into two deliveries. The first order arrived but the second part of my order NEVER came. Fabletics processed a return for ONE of the THREE leggings that were in that shipment without a request and I haven't seen or heard anything about the other two leggings.
I have been a VIP member for many years, my SIL and I joined at the same time In Honolulu, back when Kate Hudson was very involved with the company and brand. Customers Service is typically very good, at times I've encountered some nasty attitudes, but overall very helpful and accommodating. At the beginning the selections were SO cute, fashionable and fit well; they also offered great quality and functional ancillary items such as backpacks, gym bags, etc. over the years the styles have become far less flattering, attractive and the fit is just simply "off" on many of their selections. I rarely find any pieces that I truly like & enjoy, more less LOVE, like I used to. I am honestly not thrilled with any of the products, styles, or quality any more, which makes me sad and I will most likely stop my subscription/ membership as soon as I spend my accumulated credits.
I had order the red valentines day sweet pants and they were way to big. Went to the fashion valley store in San Diego and the girls there were all so helpful and a even changed happen in minutes, what an expiries. Will be shopping there more often.
I ordered a red and purple pants in a large and the red pants fit but the purple one is a little tight.
Both pair of leggings are cute, however for a short round person the waist is really high, the calves baggy. Love the material and colors!
My initial order was placed in January 25 after waiting exactly 4 weeks with no package I reached out to the company for a reorder which took another several weeks

Used to have a membership the products were great. I thought I'd join again... BIG MISTAKE. The quality of the leggings have gone down hill! I have Fabletic leggings that are 5-7 years old and are in better shape than the new ones. The new leggings. Stitches are coming out. In the 2 pairs I got. I am SO DISAPPOINTED!
I love the things I get from Fabletics! They fit well. I love the work out clothes. No bra chaffing. Pants are not see through. I have really like the jackets that I have been getting. I have purchased 2 scrub outfits and really like them. The fabric could be a lighter grad. They tend to be warm. The thing I like best about the scrubs is the waistband. So many times scrub pants fall down all day long! Your pants stay put, I never have to pull them up. They really do not even need the string.
High quality, comfortable merchandise. However after finding items that I liked they were out of stock when I tried to reorder. Membership plan monthly charge is high.

When I got my leggings I was excited. They had pockets. But then I only wore them 2-3 times and a tiny hole appeared in the crotch area. I was very sad. I began to investigate a replacement but discovered these leggings were marked as non returnable. However, a lovely gentleman assisted me in initiating an exchange. But the shipment got delayed. They have since been delivered but I have not had a chance to pick them up. I miss my leggings with pockets and look forward to being reunited with my replacement pair soon.
I called because I misprinted my return label in portrait instead of landscape and cut off the bottom of the address. The rep answered quickly and sent me a new link right away. Most places now have a tedious hold time or a long wait for a chat message.
The fit form and function of everything I've received is next level! So comfortable! Love the subscription model as it takes out a bunch of guesswork out for me!
Site is buggy. Freezes when you're trying to view product. I like the fit and the quality compared to some of the other similar just wish they had more colors and slightly deeper pockets
Please resume making quality workout wear at a reasonable price for women who actually workout. Sure athletic wear can be fashionable but thong leggings are gross and inappropriate. I'm so disappointed with the newer designs. Sports bras could use a redesign. The pads are difficult to remove and reinsert without wadding up.
I've purchased many products from this company and I love their brand. They have some of the most comfortable and suitable leggings and other items I wear throughout the week. Their products are good for working out, lounging and running errands around town. I'm pleased with the customer service and the products I receive for the money I pay
The scrubs are well made and high quality fabric. The deal is extraordinary- $19 for a set of scrubs that are tick material and the color stays through many washes. Although they do run small and I should have sized up. Other than that they're great just a little snug for me!
They have made is nearly impossible to cancel and there's a multi step process just to avoid getting charged $50+ every month. They try to hide the button to skip too. The credit isn't even enough to get decent outfits either.
This was my first order with Fabletics. The process was easy and the quality of the product was exactly what I envisioned it to be. I will be ordering again!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
