I've made one Fabletics scrub purchase, which I returned because the fabric was very thick and uncomfortable. Shipping time was a bit lengthy- close to 10 days. I may try the scrubs again if a different material is offered.

I ordered color-coordinated pants, sweater and jacket. I needed the pants in a larger size. Fortunately, the pants were available and the exchange was very easy. I love Fabletics!
I have had a wonderful experience being a VIP customer and getting great value, ease of return at the nearby store, and customer service. My only concern is not offering healthier fabric such as cotton on more styles and that is the reason for giving 4 stars.
I am very satisfied with everything about Fabletics except that I would have liked it better if they used healthier fabric such as Cotton instead of recycled plastic for the material of the clothing. That's my only concern specially nowadays with the increased rates of cancer.

I like the quality of the stuff at Fabletics. Sometimes it takes a few tries to get an item that works for me, but the return policy is very easy to work with. The only thing I dislike is how long shipping is. Usually, standard shipping takes 5 days to get to me. Every fabletics package ive ever gotten takes 2+ weeks, which is frustrating. I wish there was a better option for standard shipping.
Every time we visit the store at Chandler mall we are always greeted by friendly employees. The service is impeccable and they are always willing to help us get stuff shipped to the house.
We shopped there for all of our nieces and nephews.

We have always had great service with the Fabletics store at Chandler mall in Chandler, Ariizona. They are very professional and always willing to help us find a size. They are very patient while we browse and never hover. We do a lot of shopping on line but always find our way back to the store to get things for our niece and nephew.
They also offered to help find a size on line and have it sent out to our house.
The last shopping trip to the store in late July we were surprised to see that they remembered my wife's and nephews name.
We have settled in on Fabletics and will not seek out other brands.

I purchased 3 pairs of scrubs. None of them fit right, I requested to exchange one pair and never got the exchange. I returned all 3 pairs back and was only refunded for $45.
I was tricked into a purchase - meant to be free as an award, but it wasn't. On top of that I ended up with a subscription and regular charges. I was able to get those reversed, but I never want any further business or purchases from Fabletics!
Over the last 6 years, I've been a Fabletics customer. The leggings used to last for YEARS, now they pill, rip, and fade. They are also now VERY transparent. The material is thinner, rough, and not as durable for an active lifestyle. The sizing is changing and everything is running smaller. The leggings I've purchased over the last few months developed pilling, holes, and faded after ONE wash. They are see through and a more scratchy rough material. I am cancelling my membership and starting to explore other brands. Fabletics felt like affordable luxury (still have leggings and jackets from 5 years ago that look so NEW people stop and ask where I purchased them. They are no longer available I tell them, because the jacket styles are gone like the Amara hooded jacket and the other half mesh full zip jackets I still LOVE, the leggings are now poor quality so I cannot recommend.) Now Fabletics feels like shopping at Shein. They focused on fast fashion and quantity of styles. Before, they prioritized durability and quality of their styles. The difference is apparent. I will not support fast fashion. I will pay more for quality items, gladly. Fabletics is great for teens and college kids now. Also, tags rip off when you try on an item, making it non-returnable. Correct this tag placement, PLEASE!

I'm able to put my address down as a place to ship to but somehow it keeps getting lost. I have yet to receive my package and got an email saying I got a refund and, you guessed it, no refund. It's sad that other businesses are able to ship to me no problem but y'all can't. Officially moving to gym shark now
Fabletics has truly impressed me! The quality and variety of their products fit seamlessly into my lifestyle, and I'm always receiving compliments on my outfits. One standout feature is the fit guarantee—something I haven't found anywhere else! The return process is a breeze, which is such a relief. I also love how they introduce new products every month, along with a points system and the flexibility to skip membership months. Almost all of their items fit true to size, especially when it comes to the length of the bottoms, which is a game changer for me. Navigating their site is easy, and I appreciate the option to select models that resemble my size and body type—a feature not many brands include.
However, I didn't give Fabletics a full five-star rating for a few reasons. For one, I believe that the monthly VIP membership should always offer free shipping without any purchase minimum—or at least consider lowering the membership cost.
I've also noticed that the darker shades of fleece and year-round cottons tend to develop odd spots after washing, even though I diligently follow the care instructions to a T: turning items inside out, washing in cold water, and tumble drying on low.
Additionally, I've found that popular new items sell out super fast, and it would be helpful if they offered a restocking notification option.
As someone who's tall, I'm still on the hunt for that perfect pair of leggings. While I've tried several styles, many tend to run small and are cropped higher than I prefer. But I remain optimistic—I'm sure I'll find a winner soon!
Lastly, while customer service is usually stellar, I did have a hiccup during an exchange that made the follow-up a bit challenging and time-consuming. Overall, I'm excited about my Fabletics experience!

It's always easy to shop by finding what you like. I also like how you can skip your monthly credit easily, without hassle.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
