Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.
Fabletics enjoys a generally positive reputation for its high-quality activewear, particularly among plus-size customers, with many expressing satisfaction with the product's fit and style. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to the return process and subscription management, which many find frustrating and convoluted. Issues such as delayed refunds, poor inventory management, and inadequate support from customer service representatives contribute to a negative shopping experience for some. Overall, while the product quality garners praise, the customer service approach and operational challenges indicate areas needing improvement for enhanced customer satisfaction.

I enjoy Fabletics and the quality of their clothing and how easy it is to shop and return/exchange items.
Everything I have ordered I have been extremely satisfied. The workout clothes, the scrubs, the everyday clothes made perfectly. I wear something from Fabletics everyday. Thank you for so a wonderful product.
There pants and leggings are amazing. They fit so well and have such good quality. I will only be shopping at fabletics. And I promise this is not a paid comment. It's so real. Love you fabletics!
I've been buying Fabletics for about 10 years, but the quality has gone down. The leggings won't stay up and feel like cheap plastic more than clothes. The upside is that they really do have great customer service, so I occasionally try them from time to time to see if it's improved.
I've been purchasing fabletics for over 15 years. I'm sad to say that the quality has drastically decreased. I never used to have to worry about leggings rolling down or falling apart after only a year. The only reason why I'm not reading lower is because I do believe they have great customer service and try to make things right. It's just that their products are so much more cheaply made than they used to be. It used to be that a pair of leggings would last five or six years and now I'm lucky if they last for a single year. They also used to have more variety and now everything is the influencer high-waisted instead of normal waist lines.
I have order the same style pants in the same size and they all are different.
My purchase did not fit. I didn't like the silicone insets that were supposed to keep them from rolling. It took a lot of back and forth communication to settle the matter.
The product is top notch. The quality and fit of the shorts and joggers I ordered exceeded my expectations and proved to be a great value. I am not a fan of the membership model as I don't plan on buying additional items every month so I'd prefer to pay a bit more for each item as opposed to being forced to opt into a membership. The process of membership cancellation was not easy and I was not a fan of how long I had to basically fight with the customer service rep to cancel the membership. I would purchase additional items from Fabletics if not for the membership and difficulty in canceling it.
Love the workout clothes – – but they make you become a member (otherwise you're paying Lululemon prices!). It is absolutely not easy to cancel a membership – – you only get to cancel it from the first through the fifth of the month otherwise it's $59 bucks and the clothes get extremely high after your first purchase. I can buy them for $15 on Poshmark on eBay still with the tags on – – do that instead!
The membership really is not worth it and does not come with any true perks. And I think the policy of expiring membership credits is ridiculous.
I did not get to experience the discounted items, I did an exchange and my order was cancelled, now Im not being honored for being a new member nor do I have items, putting a delay in me working my new career. I signed up for the Perks but I did not enjoy because I do not have any merchandise.
The website is repetitive and clunky. Simplify! Do people really pay $125 for a pair of pants?
Very difficult website to navigate and the wording can be confusing.
I'm a personal trainer and I'm in leggings almost every day. I've tried many brands in the past but always find that my Fabletics are the best. They feel good, look good and last after many, many washes. It's the brand I recommend to all of my clients.
I have never not liked anything that I ordered when I received it. Love the quality and comfort of Fabletics. Shipping could be better. It takes 7-10 days when ordering online.
I am not a fan of subscription type services. But I appreciate that fabletics gives you a heads up when your sub is coming up and a chance to skip it.
I ordered ONE pair of pants, and all of the sudden I am enrolled in a subscription of some kind, they need to be more transparent on this issue. I love my pants and want more but won't order any more due to the subscription thing.
I had to size up because your sizes run very weird. The size that normally my size (L) runs like a medium/small so I went with a (lx) now still tight theshkrts are very small fit and the pants make your but look like a huggie diaper a very bad fit. When I order with janu or scrubs beyond I get my large or xl for a Lil more run and I have no problem whoever tou guys partner with for fitting and size my suggest Leave them alone! I work in a Hospital and I value my scrub look so if I have to pay more for my fit that's fine then spend discount price to return 2x and wait soo long for terrible fitting! And FYI please stop posting scrubs that's not in your store be honest with us so we can just order the terrible sizing online. But I decided to part ways with this company. First and very last time. I'm going back to scrubs and beyound and figs and janu where your money is appreciated and valued and the si, e and quality exceeds my expectations.
When browsing the site for the first time, many items were out of stock. I was able to get one pair of leggings, which were of poor quality. They collected fabric pills very quickly. (First wear and wash)
Everything I buy from here, I love and get compliments on.
I've been a member of Fabletics for about 5-6 years now and I have no complaints. Great products, easy to navigate app and website, I'm very happy.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
