I recently purchased 2 pairs of pants. Why do I need to join a membership to buy pants? How often do you think I need to buy new pants-- Daily, weekly, MONTHLY? It's ridiculous. Just sell me a good product at a fair price and quit the games.

The atmosphere of this store is amazing. The employees want to help you, and they strive to locate your sizes and provide you with options if the size is not in the store. I spoke with some employees during my shopping experience: Sarah(spell check), Logan, Brad, and Jerrica. They all provided exceptional customer service. A store of employees that are engaged at their level is rare. Thank you.

For the price you pay it's crazy the pants ripped and I I sit down at work all day. I had to go back multiple times to exchange them at this point gave up! Waste of money on the don pants. The joggers I like!
I love going to the Chandler Mall location. They hire the best employees. I am always greeted when I walk in the door and they always make me aware of the sales and new items available. I do wish they had a larger size selection for the xs and xxs as they seem to only receive a few and they sale immediately.
I have never entered one of their stores where I was not immediately greeted asked if I am a member and then told all of the current sales and deals. They also always help me bundle when available and offer to order sizes online and ship to my house for no-cost when not available in the store. It is hard to find customer service in any industry like that these days.
I have ordered several times at Fabletics. I have never not been pleased. The products are so well made. I am very pleased with my purchases.
I bought pants in black and burgundy. The fabric of burgundy pair was horrible. The fabric piled up. They are all very warm and fit well

If you can get over the high price tag, you will never be dissatisfied with your fabletics product. The materials they choose feel amazing on the skin. I ordered two pairs of leggings from them about 6 weeks ago, and i find myself constantly reaching for them over my other leggings which i've loved for years. The shapewear aspect feels secure and not suffocating (provided of course that you get the right size! My butt is an XS and my waist is an M, so i split the difference and bought S. It fits perfectly)
The customer service team is very attentive as well. I've always walked away from a phone call with satisfaction both with how my issue was resolved and how the customer service team handled it.

I am reviewing the leggings, nice fit but the material chaffing or beads up in between the legs after the first wear.
I was disappointed that the joggers I bought already have started badly pilling. I followed washing instructions, just the material is bad
I wish the pants lasted a bit longer. After a couple of weeks 2 seperate pair of pants got holes in them.
I'm not a huge fan of this brand. I submitted an exchange for size and it took 3 weeks. By then the item I was exchanging was sold out. Bummer! The fit is also not very flattering on most tops, colors selections great! Hoping the taupe slate colored leggings come back. Wanted those as well but returns take an eternity. So they are now sold out.
My package was missing with no movement from fedex in 9 days. The associate was able to get a quick package sent out to me with expedited shipping.
Trick marketing with 30 gift. Suddenly I'm charged 59 a month for a membership I knew nothing about. However, they let you pause membership payments if you like. How gracious of them to pause their hidden annuity. Run away as fast as you can.
Really great quality clothing. The joggers are really comfortable and flexible. The shirts are a little tighter than expected but feel great. The underwear is also really comfortable and have a great quality feel to them.
I'm size small, but I ordered a shapewear set on size M/L and it's so tight that not able to wear it.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
