I received an email from FabKids on February 9th that my item has shipped, but it has not shipped. It's been awaiting carrier pickup since then and it's now February 17th. That's over a week of sitting somewhere, instead of actually being shipped.
My g/daughter's shoes are ALL sorts of sizes. Her size in shoes are 13. Her black sandals that I just ordered does not fit and the strap is way too short. The 2 pairs of tennis shoes are too big.

I ordered tons of leggings for my daughter for cheer practice and was very disappointed with the quality. Her two black pair came torn down the seams and the others were all the same size but all fit differently. I can't say that I will be making another clothing purchase ever again.

You have to time it right to cancel or you get charged for the month. Customer service can't actually help you with your order, they can only advise you what to do. Items go out of stock quickly. I had to redo my order 3 times because the second time I was being charged full price for items that were on sale. Definitely not worth it. There needs to be a lot of changes.

Part of my disgruntlement is that I swear I never signed up for a subscription (I ordered from the site once and I guess somehow accidentally signed up for a subscription that charged my card $40 a month) so I found myself with a large amount of store credit that I needed to use. I was like, no problem, I can just order things every couple of months until the balance goes away. They regularly release new clothes so I check it frequently.
The problem is that few of the clothes are what I'd like to dress my child in. The designs look cheap and if I wanted to dress my child like that, I could get the same thing in a department store for much less. Let's branch out a bit from the neon, corny slogans, dinos, and trucks being the only selection for boys. I can't be the only boy mom frustrated by this.
Sizing is hit or miss. For example, my child wears 3T clothing pretty much across the board. FABKIDS shirts are tight but pants/shorts are too large and long.
I am a big fan of their shoes! They have held up well over time and have better designs. I will say the shoes tend to run large.
Tl;dr I wouldn't order from here if it wasn't for my unfortunate mistake while making my first order that left me with store credit.

The shoes I bought were nice but I could only buy one pair when I had multiple credits. This constantly happens. If I have multiple member credits from spending my personal money then it shouldn't matter when I use it.

I bought my children shoes/boots, and my youngest child's pair didn't fit him. I called and was suppose to be able to do an exchange (free of charge) yet never received the email to send back the pair I have in order to get the bigger size. Now they're still trying to charge me for the monthly membership, but I refuse to continue doing business with a company that can't simply exchange these shoes out like they said they'd do. Aside from that issue - the duck boots I ordered for my other two children seem to be good quality & they love them. I just wish that I didn't waste money on the Dino light up shoes for my youngest son who'll never get to wear them.

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
