The sizes are misleading. I ordered shoes for my toddlers and when the order was delivered the shoes were bigger for my feet too. The Happy return is not at all convenient so forget about quick returns and refund.

They sent me 2 of the same thing. Other than that I'm satisfied. I think you guys should send order forms explaining how to return. Sometimes we as parents don't have time to go to the internet.

The clothes are made of a thick feeling material not thin like some clothes at Walmart. The shoes are really made well too, but they are stiff shoes. They don't give like regular shoes. I buy my daughter a few pairs but I really like flexible shoes, like tennis shoes.
