I only received one shirt out of my $100 order. I would never recommend fabkids to anyone. Becoming a member was a horrible choice. I never had one even decent experience. I could keep going but it's not even worth my time.

Our order was filled and came in quickly as expected. Everything was carefully shipped and in individual bags which is nice. We cancelled since our son finally outgrew the size cap. We had been with Fabkids since he was probably 3 yrs old. We were happy staying for over 9 yrs.

I purchased several items, and although they came looking beautiful, they washed poorly and the vibrant colors faded immediately. The toes of the shoes the patterns easily wore off. I will not continue my membership.

I recently received a package, website was working completely fine. I had an issue with my order when I noticed I got the wrong item, I went to the website to try to exchange but the website was not working. It was saying error but I would continue to receive links from Fabkids about on going sales so I assumed it was working fine. So then o attempted to reach the site again for my order but the website continued to say it was "down". Idk if it was truly working or not but it's been a few days since I received my package & I still cannot get access back to the site. I'm stuck not being able to contact or connect with anyone about my order issues & now I'm worried the due date to report issues with my order will pass before I can get a refund/exchange.

I canceled my membership with fabkids and then randomly started getting charged every month to renew my subscription. I called and they said my membership was canceled months ago due to inactivity. I said that's impossible because I'm STILL getting charged for it. It always gets declined thankfully because I keep my debit card locked for this exact reason. But NOW IM GETTING CHARGED ALMOST EVERY OTHER NIGHT from FABKIDS trying to charge my card. Like they know I called and tried to remove my card. EVERY OTHER NIGHT. SCAM.

Ao measured my daughters feet according to the sites recomendations and then selected the size accordingly and both pairs of shoes I ordered are about 2 sizes to big. Then when I go back to see if I can exchange the smaller sixes aren't avaliable.
Wh8le my daughters feet will eventually grow and they will be able to wear the shoes I still had to spend additional money to get them shoes that fit them now

I bought 3 pairs; winter boots, casual light-ups & sandals. The winter boots seem to be holding up well so far. (thumbs up) The light-ups have cracked in every place they can in less than 30 days, they look terrible now. Haven't worn the sandals yet, I hope they are sturdy enough to take on summer 2023..

Answer: Omg! I didn't realize I signed up for a membership when I made my purchase! Ahhh this is a pain! The lady almost didn't let me cancel!? They also won't give my money back!
Answer: They charged me 39.95 and still charged after I skip a month. There scammers.
Answer: Even after I cancelled I was still charged until I cancelled my credit card scamming company!
