I love it!

I'm with everyone else about how people could comment negatively about FFF. I received a full-sized Murad product that retails for $65, a makeup brush set worth $75 (I didn't take their word for it, I looked it up online and saw that the price was not inflated) plus so much more! I am on my 2nd box and have nothing but positive things to say about the boxes I have received thus far!

Never again.

I ended up signing up for annual by mistake and they were able to revert my account down to seasonal and refund me which was great. But I still ran into a ton of issues that should have never happened.

My foreo from the summer box broke after 2 uses FFF was completely useless when it came to this issue and directed me to Foreo who thankfully was more helpful.

I had completely canceled my account after my foreo broke back in July. I had a confirmation email stating this as well. I also even spoke to CS over both the phone and live chat they reassured me my account was canceled and I will not be receiving another box...

Well 2 days ago I get email saying they sent me a fall box. I did not want this box. I went straight to live chat and they said I can just keep it free of charge. Ok whatever. Well next morning I get email saying they will now be charging me for this box I didn't even want to begin with even though they told me multiple times yesterday I would be getting charged. So I had to waste almost 3 hours out of my time going back in forth with customer service just to get them to send me a return shipping label. They said they will still be charging me but refund me after they get my return and that was unacceptable to me because I cannot afford a 49$ charge on my card and I am not paying for their $#*! up. So I also called my card company to tell them to dispute any charges from fabfitfun and I got them to issue me both a new card and account number.

TERRIBLE.
August 21, 2018

I had 3 issues in the span of 1 month of making an order.
1. as i was customizing my first box I was kicked out of website and was unable to continue the selection
2. Because of #1 i was unable to add any add ons
3. When promised a $10 credit for #2, it never showed up on my account and now I am battling with customer care for this back
4. When i asked where my box was after 1 month, they said they had inventory issues and didnt have one product. When i asked for a replacement they said it would take another 3 weeks

OH WAIT THAT WAS 4 ISSUES. 4 ISSUES BEFORE I EVEN RECEIVED THE FIRST PRODUCT. WHAT THE EFF.

BEWARE!

This company truly just wants to scam you out of your money. Here's my story:

In May, I had signed up to receive the Summer box. However, they charged me for an annual subscription ($200) even though I repeatedly said I did not want one while signing up. Thankfully, I had the issue resolved and they refunded me my money.
NOW, months later, I got an email stating I was getting the Fall box. This was clearly a mistake on their part because I had canceled my subscription, but I didn't think too much of it. Last night, customer service sends me an email basically saying "oops we didn't mean to send you that, but you need to pay us for the cost of the box". This company is disgusting, and I have never been through such a nightmare.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I'm shocked how so many people will massively give a company like this control of their credit card and wait for a box that basically amounts to junk you can find in a discount retail chain like Ross Dress for Less or TJMAXX. The products themselves are duds. Factory rejects, discontinued colors and rejected items that make up their inventory. No one has any creativity anymore with shopping or they would realize that taking their money and time to look for specific items will result in overall better products and less money. The company is in it for the MONEY! AVOID like the PLAGUE! The FAKE, filler reviews on this site are obvious too! All say how great these reject products are and the scamming company!

You cannot have an active account without keeping your credit card on file, even if you pay for a full year subscription. Very dangerous to keep your card on file like that. A year subscription is non refundable and the only way to remove my card was to cancel my account. However, I cannot customize my order now. Just keep this in mind.

I don't understand all the negative comments. It says right on the add on page that you don't have to do anything just put in your cart and you will be billed on a certain date. The date isn't the same day either it's about a week later. So people before making negative comments do your homework. Btw the add ons are great deals. N each box I have received has been season appropriate. Thank you FFF

My favourite company

I love FabFitFun. The seasonal boxes are always filled with so many goodies, that I never really need to buy anything beauty-related for myself on top of the box/edit sales. The discounts on add on and edit sale products is out of this world! I have been introduced to so many products and companies I would have never sought out myself without FFF, and it's been fun trying so many new items. The box itself is also amazing. Everything "cool" I own comes from the FFF box. I receive compliments all the time from my FFF items: water bottles, scarves, jewelry. Hair products, mugs, candles, makeup pallets, everything! They send high-end, good quality products and they are very transparent about products (ex: not tested on animals, paraben, silicone, pthalate-free, etc.).

I can't believe how many negative reviews I have found here. People who don't understand the sales and don't read the banners especially when they have given a credit card number. It's shocking. During edit sales and add on sales, multiple reminders are sent via e-mail to let you know you have X number of days left. They recently implemented an e-mail that lets people know they will be charging their card at the end of the sale, which is great and will mitigate a lot of these complaints.

LOOVED IT

Sooo, I ordered a summer box, turns out they were sold out, so they sent me an editors box instead. I've loved EVERY item they sent. I love the box. I love the items. It was my first box and I received it within 2 weeks of submitting the order. The policies regarding the CART are CLEARLY labeled. I read the small print. All you have to do is read the small print! LOVE it lots. Looking forward to more.

I am a seasonal member and have been introduced to some of my favorite products through the boxes and edit sales. The wack jobs on here who are writing reviews complaining that they were "fraudulently charged" for what was in their cart, need to work on their reading comprehension. The site clearly states that whatever is in your cart will be billed at the end of the sale. Keeping it in your cart reserves it. People really like to have stuff to complain about, even when it's their own fault.

Just okay for me

My first box was the spring 2018 box which I loved. It was great because the first box came in a timely manner and contained amazing items that I loved and used. My second box was the summer box and boy was I unhappy. They really try to upsell you and it feels like a scam. If you upgrade you get the first billing and shipping dates. But if you don't you have to wait longer. Seeing other people get their boxes while you're waiting so long isn't fun. Plus the summer box I got felt seasonally inappropriate. Not summery at all. The box felt like nothing was targeted to my profile at all. For example I put down that I don't like hair products. I have hair that needs specific products. Of course I got a huge bottle of unusable hair stuff. The other items felt off too. And there were NO fit items. It's fab fit fun isn't it? Wheres the fit stuff? I know an exercise band was included in some boxes, but even though my profile shows I love fitness items I didn't get one. It feels like they care more about money than customers. They are always pushing you to upgrade to get add ons! Etc. I'm a bit bummed out honestly. With the price tag, even seasonally, it just feels like too much to pay. I could spend that money on things I'll actually use and like or save it.

This company is such a letdown. I ordered a seasonal box last night. Waited 2 years to be able to do it so I was very excited. This morning I live chatted and asked about upgrading. I told cust. Svc. That I needed to change the billing card first. She IMMEDIATELY charged me the full year PLUS the cost for first box. So $200. I did cancel my membership through her and they did refund the 179.99 for the annual but not the 39.99 for first box. I gave one star because I got the 179 back.

Scam

I ordered 2 editors boxes and specifically picked an item for each box as gifts. I did not get what I ordered and they send something else instead. When I contacted customer service, they were like, "oh well". They have apparently pulled the bait and switch a lot. The customer service is the worst. They do not help solve the problem.

The box came quickly, and was okay. I used a promo code for my first box. About a week later, I received another small box from them, and I had no idea why. Turns out, it was 3 items I had looked at from the edit sale and put in my cart, but didn't hit a "pay now" button. They sent no email confirmation, and no prices were listed on the invoice. Total scam! I canceled that moment.

Worst online policy. Not transparent and they willl continue to rip people off without their authorization. They processed $180 worth of products that I had in my SHOPPING CART. I never processed the order b/c I was still deciding on what I wanted to prlurchase. I got busy with work and noticed a week later that I was charged $180 on my credit card. I emailed Fabfitfun to ask why and they said they automatically process all items added to the SHOPPING CART for their Edit Sale and its noted somewhere on their website. Id like to know who actually reads everything on a website? In addition to that, Ive NEVER shopped online and had any website process an order without me submitting the order to authorize for the company to process my credit card. Its such a scam and disgusting that Fabfitfun thinks that its okay for them to process orders because they have it written somewhere on their site. They simply just apologized and would not acknowledge that the policy is a scam and said they cannot refund the order b/c its already been processed. Pls be very careful if you sign up for Fabfitfun. The boxes are nice and I have nothing negative to say about that but just be careful and make sure you check your credit card statements.

I absolutely love FabFitFun! They are slower to ship than some, but the products are amazing and full sized! Plus they have amazing sales! I researched all the products they have sent me and know the prices that they quote are right on target! I don't give many reviews and never give negative feedback, so I can honestly say this beauty subscription and boxycharm are the ones that I will always choose!

They took my credit card information, allowed me to order, THEN told me the box I wanted was sold out and changed it to another box (that I DIDNT want) and told me all orders are final... no refunds! Total BS!

Awful company! They steal from you. They make unauthorized purchases on your credit card. Yep, not lying. I placed a lip stick in my cart but never checked out. Few days later I see a charge on my visa. The shipping charge alone was $18 (more money than the lipstick!) I never confirmed this order. When I notified FabFitFun thinking it was a mistake they advised me that there was verbiage of this nature on their webpage and refuse to cancel my order. So I cancelled the subscription box. Fabfitfun, you suck!

Factory seconds
July 20, 2018

I was very disappointed with my box. It contained a tote bag with a smudge, a mug with a paint drip, and a hair mask that makes my hair frizzy. The lipstick was a near white color (who wears that color?). I feel like the box was filled with Job Lot type items and factory seconds. I complained to them asking for at least a new tote bag and they never responded. I smell a scam here.

The products were great, I actually really liked the Summer Box... BUT I am so disappointed with how they charged me for the Summer Pinterest Box (which is not part of the subscription) without my authorization! They just charge your credit card without your confirmation! I tried to complain about this and cancel this transaction but they said they cannot cancel it and they don't normally allow returns, but they will let me return but I need to shoulder the shipping expenses.
Very disappointed with how this system is and how they have bad customer service. Don't leave your credit card details on this site. Such a shame since they have good products sometimes.
