Everything I received in my box met or exceeded my expectations. The total cost of the products was by far more than I paid for the box. The only issue I had with this box was that the French coffee press was cracked. I sent an email along with a picture of the broken coffee press and was promised a new one within two weeks. That was only one week ago so I have not received the new one yet but they were so responsive to me I have no doubt I will receive a new one soon. Best customer service I have ever received!
First of all, I love being apart of the FabFitFun family! I love receiving new things that I wouldn't buy myself on the regular! If there is ever a problem they always make it right!
This box offers everything. Such great variety and an excellent opportunity to try new quality products. The products are so great that even if I can't or won't use them they make excellent gifts. This box is worth the price! I like signing up for an annual subscription and getting the option to customize more products.
I have had a couple different subscription boxes and this is by far the best. First off, the products you receive are AMAZING! I use 90% of what I receive and what I don't I can always regift. The value is so insane! You pay like $50ish and the value is always $200 or more. Normally more like $300. Secondly, the customer service is fantastic! Having worked in retail I know how dealing with the public can be. They respond to messages almost immediately, even if you get a message saying the response time will be longer than normally. They are more than accommodating!
I love my box it a good box and it woth the money the box got good smell lotion and other stuff love the makeup and other stuff too.
I love everything about fab fit fun! I love the product they send and how you get to choose some of the options. I like the discount codes they provide because i can try it out and if I like it I get a discount. The thing I love the most is the variety of items they send, it goes from makeup, to skin care to even house hold or fashion! I consider it's well balanced I always look forward to what I'll get on the next seasonal box
One of my absolute fav subscription boxes. Probably the best value wise out of all boxes. The products are always amazing and never let me down. Great customer service and have only ever had one issue and it was resolved quickly.

I love FabFitFun! I love receiving different items every season. Cant wait to receive my fall box.My favorite item this season is the tea pot I also can't wait to get my add ons there were do many wonderful add ons can't wait to see what the winter box brings

My FFF box is like celebratihg my birthday each quarter! The community forum is filled with fun conversations, tips & inspirations. I love the fitness tv and recipes too, there is a little bit of everything we need in the FFF subscription!
I love and use all of my fab fit fun products. I look forward to my box. Only complaint might be to please stop sending so many facial peels, face exfoliators and more body creams, hair masks, hair products, cosmetics, accessories in their place.

If you don't have a subscription to FabFitFun you are missing out! It's like having a seasonal Christmas morning when the box gets delivered. Not only are the products full size but I have used every single product I've ever gotten in the box and LOVED them. They really do tailor your box to what's in your profile. Only once in the multiple seasons I've had this subscription I've had to contact customer service and they were very quick to respond and fix my issue. I have no complaints about service. Try it once and you'll be hooked!

Fabfitfun is an amazing subscription but the only thing I didn't like was that they make us do a profile on what we like and don't like and at the end they don't go based on what we put down witch is not a good thing. I think they should look more into what we like after all we do pay a few bucks for the box. It's always amazing but this month I got some stuff I would of prefer not getting ever again.
Buyer beware! This company has horrible customer service. I never complain about a company publicly but I paid for a year worth of boxes that kept getting returned to the facility because I moved.
They are only seasonal so I did not realize it was still auto drafting. Which I don't care about that part just the fact that I paid money and didn't actually get anything.
They have no remorse or empathy to help. Even though I paid $200 for product I didn't ever receive.
The only thing I was offered was an extra item in this box that's about to come out. Spent an hour on the phone with "customer care" and ended with no help just put a blame on me.
I purchased the Editor's box and waited weeks to receive it when I realized it was being shipped back to the merchant. I reached out to FabFitFun live chat and they told me they would be resending me my box, but I would not have the option to get the things I had chosen due to being out of stock. Weeks later I still have not received the box or an email on the tracking, I reach out to live chat again and they tell me it was never resent due to being fully out of stock. They tried to keep my money without ever sending me a box or letting me know they could not send it! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
