I have been a subscription member for about 3 years and I must say, I am never disappointed. I do forget to pick out my stuff in time but I'm very happy with whatever I receive. If I won't be using it, my daughter or son's girlfriend use the items.
Don't have an issue. Usually all stuff comes in quickly (wished it was fewer boxes, I'd wait too!) I have been All Acess for about three years now and during that time only had one issue that was never resolved. I like the early access and ability to choose my items in each seasonal box. High quality items at very reasonable prices. Would recommend as a holiday gift to yourself to get All Acess.

I have been a member for a couple of years and have enjoyed choosing products for my subscription. It has given me the opportunity to try lots of products that I probably not have been aware of otherwise. The service, shipping and quality of products have all been great and I have not experienced any issues.

The winter box was a great box for me this year. Some great products for me, and some for gifting. Customer service has always had a good response time. Very happy with my membership.

I should not have had to contact your company to initiate a refund for a product your company ran out of. When I was an active member your boxes were always lame, never worth the price. I had to give most of the products away.

My shipment had stalled for 12 days and I was concerned there was a problem. I emailed my concerns and got a response back fairly quickly and felt confident that if it for some reason it doesn't show up it would get resent. Even though the outcome may be delayed more than I hope I felt assured you as a company want to do your best for your customers.

Steve was great in handling my issue but still not happy with what happened. All of my customized were not available to send to me because of a communication issue. You guys needed my credit card info for renewal but emails were going to my spam folder. Wish there was a better way I could have been communicated with time sensitive info. So I was sent all mystery items for this box and I always go on early to customize what I want. I have been on the fence about continuing my subscription here and this may have made my decision. But Steve was able to help me somewhat get a couple of the items I had ordered which I don't know why that couldn't have been sent in the first place and not all mystery choices. So upset since the hooded blanket was the one thing I wanted for a Christmas gift too and now it's not available.

I had ordered Vince Camuto earrings. They arrived but one was damaged. The bar on the earring completely off. Sent pic to Harvey but alas, another pair of earrings unavailable. Credit issued but I would have liked the earrings.

I had a snafu with a promo code. I looked up how to gain clarification on whether or not I could still apply it despite already submitting my membership order. I followed direction and submitted my question. I got a message stating that I would be contacted in the order that my message was received and there would likely be a delay. I employed patience and hoped for the best. Within 36 hours, Reign in customer service contacted me. She was helpful, factual, and fair. That's all I ask for with a customer service experience. I've been with Fab Fit Fun I think going on three years now however, in the last year they have been charging me taking off of my credit card almost $400. It's been happening more than once, which I can understand if it happened once or maybe even twice the box is not even worth $200 and I do live in Canada so there is definitely an exchange rate but not to the point where the regular box cost 189 and I'm paying 370 that makes no sense so if they keep it up I'm just gonna cancel my subscription

I have been a subscriber for 5+ years now. I used to be so excited to receive my box and see all the goodies inside, but I have become very disappointed. The numbers of items your receive seems to have gotten smaller, the options are all pretty much the same season after season. All of the boxes I received in the last year, have had almost exactly the same items that were offer the year before. Anything I get that I am actually excited to receive is an add on that I have purchased separately from the box. In my fall box order this year, someone in the company changed 3 of my choices that I selected to a random mystery item. Every box I have received this year has had some kind of problem, from the wrong items sent to changing my order. They have attempted to make things right, but I will not be renewing my subscription.

Contacted C/S so they would work with FedEx. They got right in it. Turns out the person the package was delivered to in error brought it to me. Wasn't even a close address! C/S made sure all was well and were thankful for my reporting the issue.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
