I was upset about my 2nd box I didn't like any of the item I received and that cause me to cancel my membership she explain the reason why my box had poor choice and offer to pick 2 extra item at not charge. I may go back and sign in once I see the items I choose.
This was a most pleasurable customer service interaction. Echo was very knowledgeable and handled my problem swiftly and flawlessly.
Their customer service is great. I'd know, because I had to contact them twice. Once to confirm that they had actually cancelled my subscription because I never received an email and my account appeared to be paused, not cancelled. And then a second time when I never received my add on item. I was informed that because I cancelled before the next box went out, I would not be getting the item. Which is fine, but this was stated nowhere on the site that I could find, and if I hadn't taken the initiative to contact them, they likely would have kept my money without ever letting me know or sending me the item I paid for. This seems incredibly shady. I was considering reactivating my account eventually, but I will never deal with them again. I can't trust them.

An actual live human named Zeke answered my recent call to FFF. He was so cherry & helpful. He went above & beyond in addressing my concern! I would highly recommend FFF just on their choice of customer resolution. This call turned my whole day around!

Both quarters I was a member they advertised items that were long sold out... the other substitutes were not even equivalent... long after they continued to promote online and on TV with celebrities the sold out items... I have quit my membership! This is illegal in many States as in California is considered Bait and Switch... I don't do business with dishonest companies that offer something way less...

Each time I receive a box I have fun going through
It and laying out everything. Not all things are for me
So I gift it to a girlfriends who I know can or will use them. Each box is a surprise, I love the Style boxes

I love the products that i receive quaterly. They are of such great quality and are things that i normally forget to buy for myself. Some of the products are even found at Sephora and high end beauty Salons. The boxes are worth every penny and more. I feel like its a true bargain. The customer service is 2nd to none. Quick, friendly and fair responses.

I got an email saying that if I subscribed with an annual subscription I would get a mystery bundle. I signed up, and was never prompted what boxes to subscribe to and it automatically started with the Spring box. When I talked to. Customer service person they informed me this wasn't eligible for the free bundle, yet no where did it ever prompt me or even tell me that I wouldn't be receiving it. Classic bait and switch, and I will not be subscribing again.
It's my own special little thank you for doing all of the little things everybody takes for granted each and every day so every three months I get to treat myself to a wonderful surprise put together by Fabfitfun

While I usually like most of the content in my box, this company and it's supply chain is a joke. If you order anything extra in their monthly sales or on the online shop, don't expect to see it for almost a month or more. I was told on a live chat that processing orders can take 7-10 days THEN shipping can take 2+ weeks. One order I had took about 3 weeks to get in, failed to show up on my account properly as an order thus making it borderline impossible to track, and then I get it to see that it is the wrong stuff. Word of advice: look around for a better company because the subscription box industry is only growing and this company won't be able to keep up with any half decent competition.
Yassi helped to the fullest of her ability which was expedient and knowledge. Only issue was not w her but w the company as this was GUARNATEED for Christmas but failed to arrive. My only wish was that due to this that customer service would expedite a reshipped box to recover that embarassment

Mistakes are inevitable. They are part of life. And each and every time I've had any questions they're answered timely and knowledgeably. When a product wasn't available I was refunded quickly. When a starter box was unsuccessfully processed, they were completely understanding and resent a new email quickly. When a product was damaged, I was immediately compensated with a new shipment. I'm super impressed with all of this. Nothing better than great customer service!

I was shopping on FFF during their live sale and wasn't able to view my credits. Joni was available within seconds on the live chat. There was a small technical issue they were working to resolve. Winter pop-ups ordered two platinum boxes and a mystery box. In all my boxes received the same items only a couple of difference. Call Fab fit fun and they gave me a credit. Although I appreciate the credit I really would like to have some of the items that were in the winter box. But with my credit I'll be able to get some other good items thank you so much fab fit fun. You guys are the best love fab fit fun.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
