Happy customer

There was a product missing in my box. I emailed FFF right away and within 12 hours I had an email with my solution in it! Zeke was very polite and curtious also! I love FFF!

Scam

Items look used even, box is a lie. I cannot believe they can sell this stuff. I was so disappointed in receiving the first box,. They also are not very professional, there is hardly a way to get customer service and they refuse to give refunds. Sound to me like they are desperate for business. Most people have good customer service. I tried to get refunded after receiving this awful box and they said basically shut up and put up. I would not recommend them

Great box with great surprises...

Great to work with

I had made a mistake in ordering and they quickly fixed it. The box was so exciting to open! I cannot wait to get the next one. All products are high end and usable! The reVive Light Therapy Glo Wrinkle and Anti-Aging Light Device was a pleasant surprise. I'm anxious to try it!

Fantastic company to work with

I accidentally clicked on "upgrade my subscription" and it immediately charged my card $200. I called the help line and Gloria couldn't have been more helpful and a pleasure to talk to. She let me know about the perks of upgrading, which I plan on doing once I have the money for it. And she did let me know due to the accident she can refund me the money even though all sales are final. A stressful situation turned into a calm taken care of situation.

COMPLETE RIPOFF
March 4, 2020

I was so excited to get my first box. Then I opened it. A pack of straws, some conditioner, face mask, wrinkle treatment, some weird storage cube and tea towels?
Sooooo disappointing. Nothing like the pictures. Not even remotely close.
Don't do it. This picture is what your box actually really looks like when it arrives

My daughter enrolled me with fit fab fun seasonal boxes. The first two boxes were fantastic the next three boxes failed in comparison. Majority of items for hair and asked her to cancel future orders. She did not and the next box I received was fantastic. Perhaps I will try a two more seasonal boxes an reasses then.

UNABLE
March 2, 2020

This is the SECOND TIME in a row that I was unable to customize my box. As if it was frozen and the second time I couldn't go in the customize area it kept showing the customize box dates on the screen? I don't understand? I was truly upset because I missed on picking out what I wanted! And yes I restarted and signed in/out. Nothing is different as of now, other then new dates to customize my summer box?

Getting disappointed

Three years ago when I started getting the boxes there was so much in them. So many choices everything now it seems to have really decreased. Once my current subscription ends I will not be renewing it.
