I was reviewing their reactivation offer on Facebook and touch the "reactivate" area thinking it would take me to FFF to review offer but... no... it immediately billed my cc and reactivated my account. I was a little dissatisfied with FFF. And their bonus offer status was a little vague... so I sent an inquiry. I was pleasantly surprised with the detailed answer and promptness. So I am glad I accidentally reactivated. I think FFF will add a bit of cheer in the sad times due covid 19
Had got charge 3 times on accident due to my error and he was able to refund my money immediately

Great I love the products I did spend quite a bit of money on the edit sale my credit card just got charged $119 I'm is that for the summer box and as of May 1 the edits start or we can add to our summer box
I planned to cancel because one of my products was defective. Nash(my CSR) was very understanding and gave me great infomation

When I subscribed to the annual FFF box, there was no where to put my promo code, before my credit card was charged. I called FFF the next day and spoke with Mike. He handled everything perfectly and timely. Mike was very personable and friendly. He got everything taken care of, to my satisfaction in about 5 minutes! Great job, Mike!

I made a mistake on the FabFitFun site with my payment. I was afraid it couldn't be resolved but the customer service representative was quick to understand and fix my issue. I love the FFF boxes and now I love their customer service!

I've been getting the box for about three years now. I recently made the decision to cancel. I feel like I only use half of the items, as I routinely give my teen daughter one or two products that she barely finds use for. I can't allege there's been anything wrong with the products... but I don't wear cheap jewelry, I have enough towels and wine glasses, and there's only so much serum a girl can have. After the last box sat unopened for weeks before I even bothered to dig in, I realized that it wasn't for me anymore.
I was unclear and had questions about signing of for my fab fit box. The instant chat was available and they answered every question
I love all the products I've gotten in my boxes and the customer service team is just amazing!
I couldn't up dated the credit card on line and they send me the Link and I up dated like less then a minute, very great full for the amazing customer services A ++++

I recently subscribed to the fabfitfun box. I got laid off in March. I had to cancel my subscription. Not something I wanted to do. Due to coronavirus our extra spending funds are depleting. Kirsten professionally handled my order and cancelled for me until I can pick subscription renewed. She refunded & was very helpful & personable about it.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
