I ordered a green coloured silk saree. But they sent a cheap yellow saree. There phone is not reachable. Mailed the complaint on the day I received the saree. But in the website they are asking us to return to their address. And they will not give back the money they will credit it to wallet. What can we expect of these fraudsters. I lost 1098/ rupees. I don't know how to stop these fraudsters from cheating others. It is a cheap 120/ Rs. Saree.
I made an order which took about 7 or 8 weeks to arrive. I was not updated at any point i had to reach out to get tracking information. After my order arrived 3 items were missing. I tried to reach out again and i still have not gotten any contact from customer service. The support emailed came back like spam
I received the product which is completely different from catlog and is not at all worth for money.In site they mentioned with in 24hr we need to raise the return request through mail. The same done by me. But no one responded to the mails. I suggest dont get tapped in this site. They just advertising the product with zero service.
Never order from these scammers. Took forever and tried on may occasions to cancel my order and no luck. Clothes finally arrived and was totally disgusted with fit and quality. What a joke after seeing photos of the clothes and what actually arrived. If I could give a below zero review I would. Live and learn I guess.

I ordered in March and received half of my order in May and it was horrible. I wear an XL and the items would maybe have fit my granddaughter who where's a 0. The material was flimsy cotton where I could put my finger through. Then I received 2 dresses and I couldn't wear in public as they were so thin you could see through them. I'm very disappointed in the product and regret spending over $100.00. I will post on facebook how horrible this co. Is and continue to till it's taken off. I hate the company I can't get my money back since it's past the 30 days and I will also post anywhere I "NOT TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY". What a shame this co. Is taking advantage of good, nice and trusting people.
They show really big discounts to attract customers. After we pay on, we get email from Razorpay to show that our payment is secure and in case of any dispute, Razorpay will help to recover our money. After 2 months of non- delivery and complaints to Razor, no result. At first Razorpay assured of assistance, now no response. Fabclothes are thieves, they take your money but do not deliver your order.
Very bad service even I wait for 30 to 40 min call has not been attending. I am trying to activate my card i need the support as they enter my email wrongly i activate my card. It is very bad service and support.
I have been fallen a victim of fraud on my credit card and I contacted customers services on spot when the transaction was still unbilled to stop the transaction. All they could do is to block the card and left the transaction unbilled for 2 days until it became billed! They asked me to fill a dispute form and after 3 days still I didn't get its SR number for follow up! I went to one of the branches to get a stamped statement showing the transaction to report to the police and again they said we are not printing cards statements and that I have to wait one whole month to receive my monthly statement then I can report to police!
Any better way that you can help the thieves to get away with it?!
Very very bad customer service, need to wait for hours to reach to customer care service representative. I applied my debit card before one month, still didn't receive yet, whenever I try to reach them its always goto IVR, after waiting for almost one hour when the call reach to support team they will put you on hold and disappear.
On the 26th of December 2021 I paid for shoes which until today haven't hit my doorstep. Fab and rare is a scam and I'm dissatisfied with their poor service but I'm more pained by my money that i lost buying those shoes and I curse the day I came across their add on the internet.
They are also running a Facebook page under this name. Ordered two items. When they arrived they were poor quality. I Ask them to send me a return authorization. (As they say they will not receive returns without one) they just keep responding with ridiculous emails and refused to give me a return address. I contacted my credit card company hoping for compensation. Please do not order from them. Do an investigation for anything you order on Facebook first! Below is a copy of one of the ridiculous emails they sent just more runaround.
I have been buying from Fab since October of last year and overall it's been a positive experience. I have made purchases from just about every category including perishable food, vintage clothing and housewares, jewelry, etc. While I agree with other buyers that shipping could be a little speedier, late delivery is not always the case. Keep in mind that on some items, they gather orders and then have the featured company ship directly and this can add quite a bit of extra time.
I deleted the app after they revamped it at the beginning of the year. Its hard to navigate and I find browsing more difficult if I don't go in with something already in mind. I'm still making purchases but not nearly as frequently as I once did.
It's been a month no items no confirmation tracking #... they got me for 149.00... I wishes I would have read these comments before I order off their website... They website don't need to be on the internet bad business. Rating is zero don't mess with them cause u giving ur $ away...
Do not order if you are expecting your item to arrive by a certain time. I ordered a gift on 10/14 and on the website it said it will take 3-5 days of shipping. Well it's been 16 days and no updates. I contacted customer support 3 days ago and all I get are fake responses apologizing with no action attached to it. I checked USPS tracking and it still has not left their original sorting facility. It's way too late for me to gift this item. Considering every single time I've ordered from Fab (3 times) the item arrived at least 7 days after the estimated arrival date, I'd NEVER order from Fab again.
Ordered a dress in black, I received a neon blue, the material is the cheapest polyester you can find, the seams were sewn crooked, the shoulder straps were uneven. I emailed them wanting to return it for a refund and all they could say was I'm sorry you are not happy with your order, we can issue a store credit! Why would I want anything from this cheap clothing store? Never never again!
Rip Off! Need to be reported! I purchased a t-shirt from their site and the shipping was $5.95 to my address. I've then later realised after checking my bank statement that they charged $19.95. I contacted them via email and received an automated response. I then replied and got no response back.
Their "smiles guaranteed" moto is a load of S#@T

One star for order processing and shipping. Be prepared to wait a LONG TIME for anything you order. I placed two different orders, both projected to take 2-3+ weeks to get to me (ten days so far). Very simple items (a T-shirt and a couple of coffee mugs).
Thus the three stars.
I ordered three dresses and was charged within days of ordering. It took three week to get one dress. I never received the other two. No way to contact vendor and because they are located more than 100 miles and out of my state, my credit card company will not credit.
