DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A CON! I ordered a bikini from here which was a standard bikini with a lions face on. What I received was late and was a floral skirt bikini which looked like a small child's bikini! The order was completely incorrect. There was no returns information in the packaging and I cannot find a contact number or address for this company anywhere. So I emailed their customer services department (I have now emailed over 15times) and each time they keep offering me 5-10% refund to save me the hassle of sending the item back to china' despite explaining I do not want this floral bikini with bikini skirt which is nothing like what was advertised! It has taken over 2 months and 15 emails from myself to get offered a refund of 55% (which hasn't even been refunded) despite in my every email saying I will accept nothing less than a full refund as the item is not what I had paid for. I have requested a contact number and registered address to take this further and yet every email they send back they ignore this request. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A CON!

I had a very bad experience with FAB, you have to credit my money to my account amounting AED 4,341.72
I had a very bad experience with this BANK, First Abu Dhabi Bank from the customer service and to the complaint department, they are not useful, they just inform you that they are helping your concern, but they are not.

Moving forward, I paid all my liabilities with my FAB credit card with ending card number **** 6020, and ( this credit card is already closed). They did not advise me the case number of my complaints, anyhow, after one month, I receive a statement with ZERO balance with the existing amount of AED 4,341.72. I called the customer service right away asking on how to claim the amount, however, the customer service agent advised me to call after 45 days.

After 45 days I called again and filed the request, again, they informed me with 3-5 working days that I can receive the amount, yes, they called on 5th day but again the agent informed me, that it will take 5 working. After that and until now there is no amount credited to my account.

I kept following up to the customer service, they still have the same dialogue I could receive with 3 working days until they raised another new request, and I even received a statement from FAB which the amount has been credited already.

They kept telling me that there is a technical error. Until now there is no amount credited to my account, it's been one month already that kept calling them.

To be honest, this BANK, (FAB), has a very poor customer service, I dealt with many banks in UAE but this is the only bank has very bad customer service, I am ashamed to recommend them to my friends nor my family.

I am still hoping that they will credit the amount to my Emirates NBD Bank Account. I will be expecting your quick action.
