I made an order on 11/11/2019... it is now well over a month and I still have not yet received my package. I emailed them and no response. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered. TOTAL SCAM... FAKE COMPANY! Goes by the name of Petal Prim... but my visa bill says FABFASHION LTD WANCHI... never again!
No response when email. They see. To be working with careinshop.com neither one will respond. Payment still pending on my card. But can't get through. Ugh. To stop payment.
Fab.com caters to people who appreciate really good design... and deals. Once signed up, you get emails featuring products in specific categories, that have exceptional aesthetics.
However, and here is a marketing lesson...
This type of site caters to people who will make an impulse purchase. You don't go looking for the products, you see something, and say, "I want that!"
Impulse purchase = I want it now!
This is where Fab.com's business model really, really, really falls short. The average wait time to receive the product is approximately 3-4 weeks. The problem is that the "seller" has to ship the item to Fab.com, who then turns around and ships it to you. That's insane! It results in unnecessary delays, especially since it appears that the sellers wait for the sale to be over with before they even begin the shipping process.
When you can get something direct from a manufacturer, or from somewhere like Amazon in 3-4 days, 3-4 weeks is completely nuts!
Although I absolutely LOVE the products they have, I am now just googling the product and finding that I can pay a buck or two more, and get it somewhere where they actually ship it right away.
Fab.com - you seriously need to rethink your business model.

Ordered 2 facial mask April 18th 2020. Advertised quick delivery. Todays may 6th still no product. Contacted 4 times no response. No tracking info in email
I placed an order totalling $94.00 on 1/18/20 and they charged my credit card the next day. I e-mailed them on 1/27/20 to get the status of my order and have had no response. Typically when I order clothing online, it is only charged to my card after it has shipped. The info. On my bank account says FABFASHION LTD WANCHAI HKHK which is out of Wan Chai, Hong Kong. On the Kigele website there is no phone number or location listed anywhere. There is only an e-mail which is *******@kigele.com. I am starting to believe that this website is a scam. I sent an e-mail to http://www.fabpr.com.hk/contact-us/ which is the company that charged my credit card so we will see what happens.
This company should not be trusted with your money, unless you don't care about timely service or actual customer service.
I ordered a dress on October 14 that was going to be part of a Halloween costume. I wanted to be sure that the dress would arrive before Halloween, of course, and the Fabshopper site noted that it would arrive by no later than 10 business days -- this put arrival on track for October 28 at the latest.
I made the purchase, then the next day received an email that the package would not arrive for a minimum of four weeks. The package was being shipped from China and was going to take a month! I was immediately annoyed and attempted to cancel the purchase and get my money back. I was told that the package had already shipped -- this turned out not to be true -- and I could not get a refund. I sent multiple emails in response, but never got a satisfying answer.
I disputed the purchase through PayPal, and Fabshopper offered me $1 to resolve the claim. I of course rejected that offer -- the purchase price including shipping was nearly 2000% higher. Now Fabshopper has refused to respond to numerous emails.
By the way, my package finally arrived two days before Thanksgiving. Thanks, Fabshopper!
Shipping took forever the color did not look as advertised and the product was very poorly made. Customer service was extremely annoying
Ordered $85 worth of stuff nothing shipped in 3-5 days. Need email on shipment. But they took my money. They will not answer my emails. Do not but anything from them!
Do not order from this site-FabFashionLTD will take your money but won't send the product. I have read numerous other reviews-they say the same thing.
I bought a dress for a wedding and although the shipping time was long, that was fine (5 weeks) but when I received the dress the Medium looks like an xxsmall, the material is horribly cheap looking, the stitching has strings all over the place and they packaged it in a way that even if I would have been happy with it would have to be dry-cleaned just to get the wrinkles out of it. I don't normally buy from over seas due to this issue and the pain it would be to return it which I am sure they are banking on most people won't do. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CO!

I have used Fab for nearly 8 months, a fairly early adopter, and had bought 25+ things, with no problems. A couple of late items, but nothing to moan about.
I did recommend people to go to the site, even though recent sales were getting more and more tacky, and eventually recommended 10 people which earned me the title of "Fab Friend" and recieved £30.
"Great!" I thought, but as there was nothing I wanted the day I got it, I left it. The day after, I tried to log in, only to find that my account had been "deactivated", with no email or contact or anything. After enquiring and not hearing anything for a week, I decided to embarrass them on Twitter, in which case they were apologetic and said they would look into this.
I then recieved an email saying they thought I may have 'abused' their invite system. How? I am yet to receive a response. All of my friends that I invited live in Yorkshire, however, and all are at separate addresses, on different computers, to different emails.
Staggering. Poor show Fab. I will still be recommending you to people who are looking for something like you, I will recommend they STAY AWAY.
I ordered a pair of dungarees that arrived after ages, only to discover that there were no buttonholes cut & I couldn't wear them. I contacted their customer service who requested I return the items via international signed-for delivery. This cost more than the item itself, however I was assured I'd receive my money back. Fabshopper received my item after less than a week after postage according to Royal Mail who tracked the item.
After 9 months I still have not been refunded. I'm passed from pillar to post. It's agonising. One customer service told me to contact PayPal directly for my refund. Another told me that they were unable to handle my request to get my money back & was going to refer my matter to another colleague. Now I'm being told that they never actually received my item. This is rubbish it was signed for by a representative from their company as proven & tracked by Royal Mail. I have spent 9 very frustrating months trying to get my money back.
Worst product. Worst customer service. Absolutely useless. Don't be tempted my inexpensive clothing. You pay for what you get.
Cheap prices probably because they do not invest in customer care. I ordered a small pair of overalls but right after I made my payment, i submitted a customer care ticket on their site ( which they do not check in a timely manner), AND an email (had to do a google search to find the email address! Ridiculous!) to correct the small and change it to medium. They respond finally after fives days to my email saying they shipped the small. I ask if i can return it for a full refund including compensation for return shipping. They just flat out say no. I ask to speak to their manager amd also asked why the small was still sent after i notified them twice about the size change, and they just dismissed it all without a direct explanation, so now I have a small pair of overalls that isnt worth shipping back. Do not shop here if you want an easy return process. It is not easy. And it is very difficult to get a hold of them our have them read their customer service tickets on time. Very poor communication and resolution. Unprofessional service.
Very nice site with good filters on the category pages but the design looks a bit to bland but helps the clothing stand out, not a fan of massive image banners on the home page.
I waited months for the product to arrive, and when it did, it was wayyyy too small. They did not include a shipping slip, so I could return it! I have no idea how to get in touch with them.
I ordered 5 garments in April and as of June 20 (2020), only 2 have arrived. There is no receipt/invoice in the bags and while I've contacted Cozymoda (the company with whom I placed the order) about returns, I've heard NOTHING. Do NOT do business with this company.
Don't waiste your time. I just try to return my purchase it was a nightmare to comunicate with someone. I all asked return adress and all I heard my order was sent. Rediculs. Waiste of my energy and stress. I just did throow away my purchase.

They have no telephone or address but will take your credit card so beware cancel your card and get a new one.
