Just want people to know my phone number *******238 has been put in as a contact phone number I have nothing to do with fab fashion I put a order in and never received my order either. Please remove my phone. This is so wrong what they are doing to people remove my phone number

They have my money and the returned suit and won't return email correspondence I'm out $ and suit. Don't buy from them they don't follow their return policy at all. My credit card company won't even get involved. Rosswim is owned by FabFashion LTD in HK and they have no info on their web site to contact them just the website and they only have a robot doing the answering they never got back to me after they asked for all my prof of the tracking that they received it back. All I wanted was an exchange for a larger size and they will not comply or answer the email.

With great joy I received my parcel from Fab, and it boosted my faith in mankind - until I opened the parcel. Instead of a Cotton Linen blouse and pants, I received, what I can only describe as flimsy polyester blouse and pants - fit only for bed... unless you sleep alone and had nothing else to wear.
To the Company Director of this company - I once again repeat, KARMA. One day, somehow, somewhere... KARMA comes back to all of us.

I was concerned about some of the negative experiences I read about here but I had excellent service from Fab. The item I wanted was out of stock so I set up an email notification for when it was available. When I got that, I ordered it (for $15-$20 less than I found it on any other site), it shipped immediately and arrived, exactly what I ordered in two days (without expedited shipping). I would certainly order from Fab again.

I ordered from a site called Modhoodie.com but then was billed as fabfashions Ltd. I immediately searched the internet for information regarding this fabfashions Ltd and found many many reports that it is a scam. They charge your credit card but do not provide products or ship extremely poor quality items or damaged goods to the customer.
I am cancelling my order and contacting the bank to reject the credit card charges. I suggest others do the same and report the site as a scam site to Facebook where they primarily advertise their bogus products.

I saw the ad for Pretty Tonight on FB. I went ahead and ordered several clothing items (sweaters) from this site as I had been lucky with my Christmas shopping and ordering directly from international companies. However, I saw a charge on my credit card from Fab Fashion. I didn't order from Fab Fashion but did place an order with Pretty Tonight. I have been trying to get in touch with the company Pretty Tonight with NO LUCK. No response and NO merchandise. However, a mysterious charge from Fab Fashion did show up within the last 30 days. So, I can only assume it's the same company and I have been the victim of a scam. I'll never order from a Facebook ad again!

I ordered my hand sanitizer Apr. 9.2020. And it never delivered. They charge whole amount right away and that's it. No order confirmation email. No nothing. I ordered from my phone. It's a international fraud company. Be careful.

OK. First, fab.com makes you sign up just to see what they have for sale. Next, they are selling these DISGUSTING fish tank things by aquavista. 4" and put live thick "aquariums" you hang on your wall- and put live fish in! ANYONE that knows ANYTHING about fishkeeping knows this is beyond cruel- not to mention all you'll have hanging on your wall is dead fish. Fab.com refuses to reply to comments about this horrible item

Don't waste your time.

I ordered three dresses. After more than a month I finally received my package to find out I was only sent two of the three items ordered. The quality of the dresses are cheap. I keep getting the run around from fabshopper customer care. And that in itself is a joke. It seems they keep avoiding the fact that they only sent two of the items ordered and they keep telling me they are sorry about sending the wrong color. Seriously? I even sent them a snapshot of the order. I am still working with them on resolving the issue. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered two sanitizer packages of sanitizer wipes
For $57.97. Yes a high price but I really needed them. Did not validate Homewhim Co. Order went to HongCong. They also charged $2.oo fee. Wrote to them. Reply stated "please understand we will ship soon". Wrong! Two months now. DO NOT BUY HERE! JUST A SCAM! Will only use valid sites now

Terrible company

I ordered three items from Mauveshore/Adoresea. One item was shipped a month and a half later. I have sent several emails to customer service email address and have received no response at all. I too regret not checking reviews for this company. It wasn't until I received my credit card statement yesterday that I saw the company name of Fab Fashion Ltd. Terrible service. Terrible company. Their website made it look like they were not a foreign company.

Duped again!

Well I ordered a mask off of swagcover and did research a little bit but not well enough. I purchased the mask on April 21st and here it is a month later and no mask. I paid $26 for this and will take it as a loss since I haven't received a product. I have had email correspondence and fortunately for me I screen shot my orders after purchase with companies. They claim they didn't have an order number but I sent them my screen shot of them thanking me for my purchase. If I have known this company was based in Hong Kong I would NEVER have ordered. Do NOT order from companies you aren't familiar with. Lesson learned but I'm out of $26 now!

I just send email to ask you, is it possible not to charge me during quarantine time for credit card installment, I keep sending emails to *******@fabbank.com since March 27th till now, and you still don't reply. You keep charging me at this time even I sent you official letter about salary reduction. Worst bank I ever deal with since 2002. You even don't respond on phone! I am sure if I don't pay next installment, it will not take even one minute for you to call me. It shows who you are and the way you treat to your customers. Other banks at least responding somehow.

TERRIBLE shipping and I have blocked them and also called spam in my email account. Tried to contact... no luck... canceled an order that I had for a Christmas present and no email to tell me... NOTHING! Just had to look around to see that my account was never charged... well charged then reversed then charged then reversed? What the... I have given them 3 tries and 3 strikes! YOU ARE OUT!

I bought a bathing suit top for around $10 (including shipping), got an email with no shipping or tracking information. Then a few days later I got a charge for $4.95 from "FABUSA" which I did not buy anything from, so I'm thinking I got scammed by fabswim. Been 3 weeks and still haven't received anything. Don't waste your time

Bad Business
May 18, 2020

I saw the ad on Facebook and decided to order sanitizers and hand-wipes. Never received my order and tried to contact the company over and over no response. Received tracking of some kind and no telling where my package. I called my bank to get charges reverse. I very pissed off. Lesson learned.
