I ordered items from Fab Shopper and they never came.
I emailed the customer service after waiting for over 1 month and they rudely replied that it was lost in the post and there is nothing they could do.
Don't order from here. It is a waste of time
Adding this to long list of dissatisfied customers for Fab Fashion. Have not received a response to several emails inquiring about my order. Have charged full amount of order on credit card. Cannot get a response when sending emails to *******@cozyclothes.com
I see the same ads on FB and Instagram with different company names. Seems like a big scam! Really wish I would have researched company before placing order. :(
Add my name to the growing list of those who have been scammed by this merchant. I ordered a baseball cap on 9 April but have heard nothing. Of course they billed me for the cap but never sent it. I have disputed the transaction with my CC bank and expect to be made whole but will be VERY careful with whom I do business on-line in the future. I order regularly from Amazon and other reputable merchants and have never had a problem before.
I ordered toilet paper online through the website. They took my money and ran. I'm out 68.98 plus there so called atm fee. 64. Sure wish I could get my money back. I have to email the company and no response and emails are returned no such email address. I even notified my bank to try and dispute the transactions. I have to try and find the company now. I have every email between myself and them and the ones that show they can't be delivered.
DO NOT ORDER! Somehow, I was charged $82 and then again for over $100! I didn't order anything! This company is supposedly out of Hong Kong. So tired of these foreigners trying to rip us off! I rate them '0'! I couldn't find this company on the internet!
I love Fab, and have certainly bought some amazing things on there. Their speed of shipping has got better, and there is an order progress bar which is really great. The only issue that I have is that their DHL shipping numbers aren't recognised by DHL. I am currently waiting for 2 different orders, both of which are showing as shipped to me (they haven't been) and DHL can't help. Drives me a little bit crazy, but the products are brilliant, so worth the inconvenience.
I ordered three items on 12/7/13, and box was shipped promptly. Too bad the box was empty. Just realized it when I went to open box to wrap gifts. Called and spoke to someone and she claims she will get on it. But frankly, this is the first time in over 10 years of online shopping that this has ever happened. I am extremely unsatisfued and after I get these item, will NEVER shop here again.
I felt confident this was legitimate because I thought I was ordering off of my friends medical supply website. I was not familiar with the SEO method of allowing "google ads" connect to your website to increase your sites search power. When I spoke to my friend and told him what I ordered from "his" website, he informed me that it wasnt his website and that it was a google ad. I just started a Marketing company and called him because he has an SEO company as well. Well Fab.com was that google ad. This was April 16, so i ordered stylish masks and a "personal care" kit which consisted of alcohol, sanitized wipes and flushable wipes etc. In other words "things people need in the middle of a PANDEMIC! This company took advantage of people in need.
SCAM company. Buyer beware! I purchased 4 items and it is 2 weeks later. No items and they charged my credit card. E-mailed them and they said they would return money. They never reimbursed me! Beware! I am going to contact Facebook and all website regulators.
I bought 4 swimsuits from SwimCici, they charged my card and the products have not arrived in 6 weeks! I have sent 3 emails to customer service and they have promised to cancel the order and refund my money but they have done nothing. Do not waste your time and money on this SCAM! I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Wish I had done my homework before making this mistake!
I ordered this, and their website gave ZERO indication my masks wouldn't ship immediately. Thirty days later-nothing. No response when I e-mail "customer service". I'm going to go to my credit card provider to claw my money back.
Been a relatively frequent purchaser on Fab.com. Recently not satisfied with purchases. Beach cover up had a hole right in the fabric; not on seam. Next item was pillow covered in canvas. 2 seams were completely ripped apart and packed like a drunk had done it. Needed it for an occasion so had a seamstress repair. A week ago I received a $438 stool that arrived with NO instructions whatsoever. Was impossible to put together and there were 3 of us. One person was a finish carpenter and his verdict was that it had a design flaw. Contacted the "crackerjack" team that turns out to be nothing more than smoke and mirrors. I have blocked FAB.com emails. Junk mail because they are a junk outfit. It's like they're selling 2nds or items that wouldn't sell in a regular retail channel. Stay away from FAB.
Saw fabswim on Facebook. Looked legit. Ordered from them. Received a confirmation email. Then nothing. Emailed them once and messaged them thru their site twice - no response. They charged my card, plus a $4.95 fabusa charge appeared. I went back to the website and started digging deeper into it - it's definitely a scam site. So disappointed. At least I'm only out $20, but still - super frustrating
Get emails from FAB and always take a look, this email said they were having a sale so I decided to do a little impulse buying. After nearly an hour on the web site and a call with customer service full of heart felt I'm sorrys etc. could not place an order. The email said click her to begin shoppings turns out it does not work with all browsers and you have t exit, turn on another browser and begin again. Complete waste of time. Interesting merchandise but not worth my time.
Well an ad came up on Favebook for huge bean bags. Clicked and took. E to a nice online store. Got sucked in on the price and paid by PayPal. About 27 GBP.
When I got no confirmation email but did get a paypal one from a different company, I made some enquiries. Their website is extremely bare of products. No responses to email. I have opened a dispute already with PayPal on the grounds they are fraudsters. Bought items under the name of Fabstyle but payment was taken by Prettypilus
Early May I have made an order and they took immediately the money from my account. Today June 20th my order did not arrived! Contact the customer service but noone is replying! Pay attention they are just steeling money from people!
This site has the best customer service ever! Quick response too! I had a item that broke after 5 months and emailed them and they gave me a full refund without any question or sending it back! Amazing!
They could have just said call the manufacter... but they didn't, just gave me a full refund!
Ordered from Facebook as Hoodies.com. Products which were runners, sweatpants, sweater and top were ok for the price. Sweatpants made of flannel balls but the "sticker" is you have to pay FedEx charges on top of their shipping costs to clear at border which they do not tell you. Also, it is a different company when it arrives. Not a good experience and would never buy from them again. Be careful folks.
SCAMMERS! Took over a month to get suits. They do not honor the return policy. They ask "to prove" the measurements are incorrect with pictures and measurements. My issue was with the length of the swim skirt not the width, which they do not provide. They don't disclose they are from China or that the cost to return to china is probably more than the purchase. Wish I researched them first. Total run around. NOT LIGIT!
Been to this site over and over and over... if you are a "yuppie" and like spending way too much money for something that looks "chic" or "unique". Then have at it... but the stuff they offer... NOT worth the prices they put on it...
