Interesting stuff, though most of it I would never buy. BUT, their login sucks. I register, have access for a day, then when I try to relogin, it says my password isn't right but it recognizes my email address. I try to get a password reset email and it never comes. Happened to me with multiple email addresses now. Come on, people... so unfab!

WRONG PRODUCT SENT

Charged the full amount and sent some absolutely wrong, substandard products, now absolutely no response from the supplier, sent multiple mails in vain. Their whatsapp number does not exist. BIG FRAUD COMPANY. Why dont people get this site off the WEB

I ordered some overalls from fabshopper which shipped the next day, I was super excited just to be bummed out that I have to wait 2 weeks for it to get to my house after being shipped. I wasted all my time checking the mail every single day just to have my spirits crushed. Now I don't even bother to check because it's been almost 2 months and they still aren't here! I regret even considering to buy from them! Don't buy from them, it's just a scam!

Regrettable

Purchased products from a link on reputable website. No I do on delivery. 10 days and 3 emails later I've instructed credit card company to reverse charges. Greatly regret dealing with this company.

We ordered toilet paper as well as other items we couldnt find in stores in our area. The co name is Overstorage.com. We got one item later than promised but figured they are backed up with orders so no problem. Our toilet paper came but twenty tiny rolls from china. Not the popular deluxe brand name we paid for. Tried to email co. And they said no email with co. So emailed again. When our bank statement came it has FabFasion.com is who collected our money. Cant find them either. I have found six different names they are doing business under. Total scam! We contacted our bank n they canceled card. I have half a mind to order a couple hundred in items a let them try to collect it. Photo is reg roll n what we were sent.
I found ad on boredpanda.com. I feel Google is behind this cuz they allow these ads knowing people have many complaints. $$$ more important than people! Especially during world crisis. Shame!

I have been trying to reach them via email since April 2020. I have not received an products and can not get any answers to my emails. I checked the shipping number for the UPS tracking and to fine that number for tracking can not be found. NEVER ORDER anything from this company.

FAKE!

I placed an order last march 7 and received email from fab last march 12 stating that my order is on the way. I emailed them twice but never replied. Today is march 28 and still no package from fab. Read many negative comments about this company. So... I AM CANCELLING MY ORDER NOW!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Gave me the run around as to why my package had not been shipped when it was well past the stated processing time. Then after several unfriendly emails I was finally able to get a tracking number (which I paid extra for) to see my package had just been shipped. Finally after over a month and a half I received my dress. However, I ordered a 3XL and what did I receive? An XL! As you can imagine quite a big size difference and of course it doesn't fit. Will try to resolve the issue with the company but based on my experience I am not too hopeful.

It's a great way to be introduced to new artists and products. But search the artists/designers/companies online and you will fine more info and selection and see that sometimes the prices on Fab are inflated and that the discount isn't usually more than a few dollars.

Especially with the vintage sales. Most of those items can be found at 60-80% cheaper if you just take the time to explore Ebay and Etsy for the same or similar items.

I did take the chance on 2 purchases that I regret. Total waste of money. One item doesn't work and the other was a necklace with a chain that looked exactly like ones out of toy vending machines at the grocery store.

Also both items could fit in an envelope but were put in ridiculously large boxes. Both items took over 4 weeks to arrive and by then I didn't even want them anymore. But alas no returns allowed.

Fab is fun to browse but do your research before you purchase and make sure you really want it and can afford to throw some time and money away if it doesn't work out.

(My rating is really 1.5 stars but its not an option.)

Here is my experience: I ordered shoes($93), a scarf($17) and a PB variety ($16)a few days ago. As usually your account gets authorized for the full amount. Today Matt called me that there is a second charge. Called Fab and reply was: one item ($17 out of the total $126) was shipped so we dropped the first authorization and authorized for the rest. Ok so a grand total of over $230 is now authorized because authorizations take a while to be released. Customer service was super friendly but could not help. Second call I talked to the supervisor. He explained this is because they ship from different vendors so all the items are charged different times and suggested three way call with our bank. Guess what by the time I called the bank over $300 were authorized because the third item shipped! The lady at the bank was shocked. Talked together to the supervisor and he explained she could take it off. Strongly recommend you stay away because if you order 4 items for $200 total you might get to a $800 authorization really quick unless you are calling your bank for updates every few hours.

These people are complete thieves! DO NOT SELL YOUR PRODUCTS ON FAB!
They steal your products when you send them to get shipped and say they never received them! Next thing you know they're selling your product on any given day without your permission, therefore pocketing the money. THEY ARE THIEVES! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

Swimsuits order

On Jan 20,2020 I placed orders through Pluswim for $32.70 and Swimcici for $62.59 which were both charged through my Chase credit card. I have not received my orders and have tried to contact through their email addresses which have gone unanswered. Fabfashion LTD Wanchai is on our credit card bill so please give me some answers. I want action ASAP!

I will not give these fraudsters even one star!
This is the first time I have ordered clothes online... What an introduction.
I asked for a refund after they took my money and then informed me two weeks later that the items were out of stock.
Two more weeks and another couple of emails later, I said I would get my bank to investigate, they suggested that I wait another 1-2 weeks for my refund! I don't think so. Then they tell me not to worry and to have a nice day!
WOW.
I may be new at online purchasing but I am not stupid.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT COMMON THIEVES!

I placed 3 orders, only received one and of the 2 items in this order one looked liked it had been sewn by a child. I returned it and paid postage as they said they would reimburse me but never did. I have recently started a claim with PAYPAL for the 2 missing parcels that I ordered on 31. 3. 15 and not received but for some reason they found in their favour.

They falsely advertise clothing, ship you a completely different item, completely wrong size, and then you get to pay return shipping which if not in UK is quite expensive. They lie and show photos of clothing that does not exist. RUN RUN AWAY. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY NOR THIS WEBSITE!
