I'm pretty happy with the service and prices. I don't have to go through hassles getting my prescription verified or anything like that. They verified it within a business day.The prices are reasonable and they ship your contacts free. Regardless if you only buy one box.
Sunglasses never delivered. Ring Doorbell always works and shows video of drivers dropping off packages nearly everyday. I immediately emailed customer support and communicated the same. They sent a reply asking me to ask my neighbors if they have my package. What a strange, unpractical response to my email. I don't have time to knock on 20 doors introducing myself and asking them if they have my package. They stated they would have to research this case before refunding my credit card and said it would take 2 weeks. Unacceptable. They can reverse the sale, then file a claim with their carrier. It's not my problem that your vendor can't figure out how to drop off a package to my front door. Like I said, Amazon does it nearly every, for years, and gets it right 99% of the time. I'll never buy from a small channel like EZContacts again. Lesson learned.
You should allow to enter multiple credit cards. If I only want to charge a specific amount in 1 card (such as FSA card) then it should prompt me to enter another card for the remaining balance. Instead of rejecting the whole transaction for insufficient funds.
Your website said 5 day shipping, this was a gift and it took longer than 5 days so I didn't have the item in time
Delivery took too long, they didn't have my contact in stock but I was never informed until I called myself
I placed order on 5/16.Paid for 3-5 day shipping and did not get my order until 5/29. I feel this was an extended length of time for an in stock item. I did give consideration in delays during to the pandemic. However, after contacting customer service who then told me the item was then out of stock, but my order was then shipped the following day.
Otherwise the product is great!
Paid for 2 day shipping on Wednesday but they didn't arrive until Monday causing my daughter to run out of trials of her new prescription. Luckily she still had a few pairs of her old prescription left.
Delay in receiving purchase was due to product not available. Stock levels should accurately reflect online and is a critical contributing factor that was not known during the time of purchase. Upon availability, the production time to delivery was adequate but recommend overnight delivery to compensate customers for the lengthy delay.
Sometimes shipping takes too long with you guys. !! But I mostly trust your company, so that's the only critique I have. It's not good because it makes me wonder if my package got lost in processing facility or if you forgot about my order.
My original choice in colored contacts was apparently on back order, however I did not find this out until I called to find out what was taking so long. I made a new choice, the additional fees came out of my account a few days later, but when I didn't receive an email with shipping info approximately 5 days more, I had to email customer service again to get them on the way to me. Total time spent waiting was 3 weeks... not acceptable.
Really easy and saves a trip those greedy vision centers!! But my order was wrong for my left eye. I had to return them for an exchange.
Several times in a session, a "give us your email" screen would appear, even after I'd started with a link in email.. It was not easy to remove-very annoying.
I purchased the contact lenses in mid March and didn't receive them until 4/5. I paid for shipping and my package was forwarded to a Utah post office. Very frustrating.
The products are made well. I have still not been able to get the right prescription in my glasses. Delivery takes a long time, close to 3 weeks to receive your glasses. The return process is very easy and customer service is very accommodating. I will be returning the last pair due to some imperfections in the prescription. Overall, good experience and good product. Hoping to get everything perfected this time. Third times a charm!
My order took a long time to ship (almost a month). I called for the first time and customer service said it will be shipping in 2 days but it never came. I called for the second time to follow up and they said that it will take a couple more days. The glasses were nice and I got a good discount so at least that compensated for the delayed shipment.
I'll start this review by saying that I don't frequently post reviews. I thought I'd share my experience to help others.
The frames I got are real Giorgio Armani. The packaging was great. They came with a cleaning cloth, the original case and box, the certificate of authenticity, and even a mini screwdriver. Opening the box felt like Christmas morning. What I did not appreciate was the fact that I ordered non-prescription lenses to go in them with no coatings, and the website says that the glasses will ship the same day. I work for an optical lab, so I know exactly how long it takes to make non-prescription lenses with no coating: ten minutes. Four days later, no glasses. I emailed support to ask what was going on, and I received a nice reply back within a day saying that they were at the lab. Four days in the lab for ten minutes worth of work. I waited another four days and was about to give them a call when I received a confirmation email that my glasses had shipped. Granted, this was during Christmas time, so it could've been busy, but the truth is, our lab's turnaround on glasses is three days. This company did it in more than twice that. If there is a next time, I'll remember to order the frames with demo lenses so I can put them in myself.
Called and emailed EX contacts. I received no return call or email. Took over 2 weeks to ship my order. Only update was when the one item purchase finally shipped. Poor customer service. Will not buy from again.
My item was not in stock when I initially placed my order, but I didn't rev any kind of email confirmation and the authorization on my card dropped off after a day or two...After about 10 days I went back to search and could find no record of my order in my email or with my bank. So I contacted customer service who was able to locate my order, and was charged when the item shipped.
I would have preferred to receive some kind of confirmation so that I could check back, and not e charged again so far after placing the order.
That aside, I love my sunglasses and I got an amazing deal, and the CS rep who helped me was thorough...and so I am pleased about that!

Would be happiest if I get these in an orderly time frame and not like the last pair that seemed to take a month
I saw that a Rayban frame options online had a "Ships same day" note, so I select it, given my old glasses were on their last legs.
Customer service verified my prescription I input a couple days later, presumably cause I'm blind as could be and they had to confirm. All good.
A couple weeks go by and I'm getting frustrated. Finally, after almost a month after placing my order, it came. Standard issue product, they work. Decent price. Responsive team. Just dang that took a lot longer than what was advertised online and the expectations made by support.

The buying part was great, but then I made a return. That was 2 weeks ago and I still do not have my refund.
I did experience a couple issues with shipping and had trouble reaching anyone by phone. I used the email option and was assisted within a reasonable time. It would be helpful, especially if the Covid-19 virus is causing shipping delays, to have a more accurate shipping time line on the ordering site. Overall I was satisfied with my purchase.

Despite the climate of things currently, the shipping still seemed abnormally long.
Also, the sunglasses I ordered were simply put into a box and shipped, no protective packaging (other than the simple leather case). A previous purchase included a cleaning kit and small tool, as well as packaging appropriate for a relatively expensive pair of sunglasses.
While the case is of a decent quality, it had a barcode sticker on it that was nearly impossible to get off, which has resulted in a sticky film that has marred the leather.
The sunglasses are great tho!
Easy to shop online but the delivery took much longer than expected and what it said on the webpage.
Initially, promo states "Free shipping on all orders inside of the USA" then, at checkout, a $6.99 Shipping Charge is applied. Also, 8% New Customer Discount is offered, then, no way to get it???

Virtual try on was slow and doesn't apply in every pair of glasses. Coupons did not apply correctly.
