After two months I still haven't received my glasses. They said they weren't gonna charge me until the item was sent buy they charged me $200 and I'm still waiting for my prescription glasses.
Although shipping took 2 weeks, I'm very happy with my purchase. First time ordering rx sunglasses online and this website made it so easy. I LOVE my sunglasses, my prescription is perfect.
Paid TWENTY SEVEN DOLLARS for two day shipping... AND IT TOOK THEM A WEEK TO SHIP! *I AM REALLY REALLY PISSED*
Customer service is a joke, they either don't respond, or put you on hold forever, and then send you to a recording (SERIOUSLY!) Horrible site. I feel really stupid for dealing with them more than once (once they messed up totally, second time they ripped me off for $27 in two-day shipping)
Stupid me... I should have read all the reviews first before purchasing from this company. Pretty much what everyone else says happened to me. Took a month to receive my contact lens. They gave the typical line that they were out stock despite the fact that their site said in stock. They charged my card right away. I then returned half my order due to my prescription changing a bit. Now, a month after they received my returned contacts, they have yet to refund my money. Same old lies and excuses... we're backed up with returns, we processed your refund last week and it's your credit card company fault. Do not believe all the fake reviews, you will get screwed and lied to repeatedly.
I ordered a pair of glasses that were supposed to take no longer that a week to ship and i had to wait over a month. The solely provided expedited shipping, but no discount on the long wait. Product was great, but the site should've alerted me that there was a back order or at the least, contact me to let me know what was going on.

I am so happy with my overall experience. The glasses needed to be ordered and it took 7-10 business days which they informed me of. It took another week at the lab and my RX was perfect. The lenses are crystal clear and truly antireflctive. I loved the little extras in my package like the cleaning kit and screw driver. I called customer service once to check in and the associate was helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things and look forward to ordering again

It's been over a month no glasses. When I received the prescription lenses were wrong. I sent again a two page letter and asking for a call from some one. No one has called me. Customer service people are from another country. You can't understand them. I asked to be transferred no luck. I want my glasses with readers lenses in the bottom 2.50
That all I want, 8 people say they can do that but they came to me and the whole lens was done. They have my glasses and keep saying some one will call. I'm contacting the Attorney General and who else will listen.

I ordered contacts on May 5,2017 and still have not received them. All written communications have gone unanswered. Phone calls have resulted in being disconnected. I month and still no contacts. Today and yesterday May 31 and June 1 closed for holiday... what holiday? Everything about this company is inconvenient... everything
I am very happy with my purchase but dissatisfied with customer service. My purchase was delayed twice and the second time around no updates were given proactively. Neither was any inconvenience compensation or discounts. So it left me a little irritated. Overall I would still purchase from you guys again but I would be a bit more hesitant.

Ordered a set of replacement frames for a pair of glasses that were purchased somewhere else. Ordering the product was a simple process, quick delivery, great customer service, and the frames were exactly as advertised. I would use this service for my future eye care needs.

We're probably just all corrupted by Amazon's 2-day shipping and freak out about anything slower... ordered on May 1, received on May 18. Tory Burch sunglasses were great and price was amazing. With my prescription and still only about $100. I'd order again, just with the expectation that it's going to take about 3 weeks. Worth the wait though.
Got exactly what I ordered and it came extremely fast for a prescription order. I definitely appreciated the added lens cleaner and glass spray.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
