TRYING TO CONTACT COMPANY AND CALL WILL NOT GO THROUGH. I HAVE EMAILED THEM FEW TIMES AND NO RESPONSE. BEEN WAITING FOR OVER 5 WEEKS ON MY ORDER.
Seriously, I don't normally take the time to write reviews but this company is just full of lies. RUN AWAY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
The personal customer service & seemingly genuine interest in my satisfaction was striking PLUS I love my glasses which came within a week!

Pictures online was nice. BUT WHEN I OPEN THE CASE... WOW. BEAUTIFUL!. AND PRESCRIPTION WAS PREFECT. WILL ORDER FROM EZCONTACTS AGAIN!
6 weeks to get a pair of +175 readers. And all they did was lie to me when I called...
First of all, when I ordered my sunglasses, it did take 2 weeks to ship; when I called the customer service number, it said they would be gone for a couple weeks in November. I think the owner must be like an Orthodox Jew or something and misses time for religious reasons. HOWEVER, after following up a couple times through email, I 100% did receive my order. It may take a bit longer than you'd like, and yes; I did have concerns that I may have gotten fleeced by a fraudulent scammer, but that wasn't the case.
Second, I have seen some reviews that claim the frames are fakes. I can't speak to that for sure; though I will say that I have owned a pair of Arnette frames before and they did seem to be a little heavier and sturdier quality than the ones I got from this place. Having said that, my order did show up in the authentic Arnette box, with the arnette booklet written in 6 different languages, with the Arnette decal sticker and silk bag with the crazy print on it. Exactly the same as the pair I bought at Sunglass Hut and I know those were the real deal. I don't know why these frames seemed light and not as well made, but they sure came with all the authentic accessories. And they look great. And they were $50 instead of $110 so if they are fakes, they are the most authentic looking fakes I've ever seen.
I hope this helps potential buyers make an informed and fair decision about this place. Would I buy from here again? I'm not sure yet; I may decide to spend the extra $$ and go buy a pair that I know without a doubt aren't fake. But as far as the business being fraudulent and your stuff never showing up; well that's just not true, but you may have to stay on them about it and be patient (it took me 3 weeks from order until I had my frames in hand). I NEVER do reviews but being a person with horrible vision (-6.25) & 100% dependent on my contacts/glasses I thought I would if it'd help one other person out there like me. I had a copy of my script so ordering was no problem, chose script strength uploaded a pic of my script, paid in full, done. Within 24 hours I received notice that everything was reviewed, good to go, and being processed at the warehouse... and my band statement reflected that. I continually checked shipping updates (which always said "being processed at the warehouse") for a week until I finally reached out to the company to see why an errorless order had taken 7 days and still hadn't left the warehouse. Someone wrote me back and said they reviewed my order and they didn't have the contacts in stock so they would reach out to the contact company directly for them to ship it to me. I just got the shipping info from company (2days later) and it's going to take them another 8 days to get them delivered to my home. So just a timeline: everything was ordered and approved on 11/05/18 and I won't receive the contacts until ESTIMATED 11/21/18! It would have been even later had I not reached out! It should not have taken a company that deals with glasses and contacts a week and a customer complaining for them to realize they didn't have the contacts in stock! It's very unprofessional and like I said a person with vision as poor as mine going a day without adequate vision supplementation is terrible but going almost a month is unexplainable. I've always ordered contacts online and have never had this issue with my other two trusted companies of which I'll be using again since EZcontacts was a complete let down to say the least.

Loved my glasses and their service. Glasses took about 2 weeks to come in but i have no complaints
My order was a Christmas gift for my gf I was order would ship Dec 6 called Dec 20 order was never shipped
I ordered Biofinity contacts lens in July 2017 from EZ Contacts and I also ordered the identical contacts from Costco. There was not much of a difference in pricing between the two. I received the Costco contacts but did not receive the EZ Contacts. The web site stated they were "Fully Shipped". I called on a Friday and found that they were closed-ON A BUSINESS DAY? I tried calling on the Monday and I was number 43 in the Que. I called again on Tuesday and was number 28 in the Que. I was on hold 43 minutes until a CS rep answered. He had an accent and I could not understand what he was saying. After 15 minutes of being placed on hold he claimed the contacts were never shipped-no explanation why the web site claims they were and I would have to wait another 2-3 weeks. I stated that I received the identical contacts from Costco - He said that someone must have returned them to Costco, does he really think that everyone is a scammer like EZ Contacts? I requested a manager call back, STILL WAITING 3 days. I also requested that they cancel my order and credit my Visa account... This company is a sham, STAY AWAY and please read the numerous negative reviews on various web sites. Also, please be aware that the NYC BBB fined EZ Contacts over $100K for a major breach in their security web site. Credit card numbers and accounts were stolen (wouldn't be surprised if the owners and employees were stealing). These are the same people that bait and switch in the NYC electronics shams. I submitted a dispute with Visa credit card and the NYC BBB.
But the eyeglasses didnt work and I obv didnt read that refund was for only half the price of script lens :( and now I need to rebuy/reorder :(
Picked out my glasses at a good price, and added my Rx. Super quick delivery. Easy. No issues...

The rep typed the orescription incorrrctly. He also never called back ir corrected it. Had to leace 8 messages then another rep corrected.
Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
