Stay away. Horrible company. I paid for a set of frames, they never shipped them, and wouldn't even respond to inquiries asking for an ETA. I had to go to my credit card company to get my money back.
I mailed in 2 frames for lens replacement, together worth $500. I got notification when the company received them and began processing them but then had to reach out approx 5 weeks later for an update. I was told two different times over a week apart that my completed order would ship the next day and finally I received a call with the bad news that the shipment was lost by the carrier. EXCEPT, that they refused to give me any shipping details except that it was a shipment *between facilities* and that UPS lost it. I filed a BBB complaint and they tried to tell me that they normally can't issue a refund (for the lens replacement service) in cases where the shipment is lost in transit, but in my case were willing to make an exception. I received my refund in full, and yet they have continued to refuse to account for how $500 worth of my own personal property was actually "lost" -- even through a BBB complaint, they will not give me a tracking number that proves my shipment was actually lost. I'm a small business owner and no client of mine would EVER accept that their personal property was lost in shipping if I couldn't procure a tracking number as proof. Keep the contact info for the Federal Trade Commission and the Connecticut Attorney General handy.
Earlier I wrote a review for eyeglasses.com with a 4-star rating and information that it was difficult to get a question answered but once finally I talked with a person that person helped. However, the truth is, I was threatened, told my frames order would be cancelled, if I did not write a good review by Monday (conversation on Friday, told "You have the weekend to get rid of the bad review and write a good one.") I did not know how to get rid of the "bad" one, thought what I had rated and written was directly to the company (I'd even provided my phone number) and didn't know where that review had ended up. I selected Sitejabber because it gave me a place to provide a review of this company, and I gave in to the threat because this was the only place where I could get this frame. I GREATLY appreciate that the company has these frames, and, even with the problems I'd had, if the person calling me had apologized, explained they were busy (understood), and how could she help, I would have ended up happily giving them 5 stars because, ultimately, they would have behaved as a company dedicated to doing right by their customers. But instead, since I was threatened and forced to write a "good" review, I can only write that the frames are exactly what I've sought for a long time, I greatly appreciate that this company carries them, but I can't, in good conscience, leave a review on this site that was coerced without revealing the truth about my first review, important due to the information these reviews provide for future customers

Unfortunately the frames are leaving red marks behind my daughters ears and the overall fit does not work for her. I've had her optometrist look at them and there's nothing she can do to adjust them, although the same size works in another brand, which is strange. I'm returning them today. Customer service, etc were all great, just a bad choice of frame I guess.
As a first time purchase I think it was a good one. I'd return to buy my frames in the future. I hope by then they expanded/improved options for things like returns, try at home program, email notifications, and customer service.
I had new bifocal lenses (executive/Franklin style) put into an old frame. Very pleased with being able to reuse frames, how easy it was to ship, kept informed about status. They received my frames on June 1 and I got them back June 17. Eyeglasses.com were the only one I found that would make Executive style bifocals. Happy Customer!

My Shopping experience was very good! I already had a vintage pair dated early 1930's Marshal Wood round lens. I am 65 age and looking for something just like those but made in today's time 2016 with cable ends. Look no more, this is the pair you want,well made!
The glasses I received was beautiful. Time will only tell how well they hold up. I wish companies would ask for ratings on their products after a few months of use. Not right after we get the product. But from the good reviews I've read about this company, I should be confident in shopping with them again.
Lots to choose from and easy check out process. The glasses came quickly for being sent apo. Only down side is the ear purses are strait so they stick through my hair and fall off. I have to find a place that can help me fit them here in the UK. But I love them

Answer: If you have a significant correction like me their quality is poor! Go somewhere you can trust will have quality control and customer service to help if your lenses don't actually correct your vision.
