Update: Received the glasses. They're OK, not great fir reading though. A bit disappointing in that regard. OK fir driving, etc.Pretty spends fir not getting good readers out of the deal. Don't want the hassle of acre-do so will probably go local next time.

Takes awhile to get used to your 'rolling' menu and how to make selections. New to me. Overall, the rest of your website is OUTSTANDING. It would be close to perfect if you had some 'generic' face types so I could 'try on' the glasses. As it is I'm taking a bit of a chance by ordering sight unseen. So far, very good experience. Speed of Service, Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff, and Delivery were all great, but the glasses...have too much distortion. I will never be able to wear these RX Eyeglasses. I am going back to the eye Doctor to see if he can see what the problem is. When I have the glasses on... and turn my head...left or right...straight lines turn sideways...like looking in a fun house mirror. Will be calling after my Doctor visit. I have always had great experiences with eyeglasses.com, and their customer service is fantastic and well informed. On this order, they did not get my prescription quite right in one lens (my optometrist's handwriting is very hard to read, so I don't blame them at all). Everyone I've spoken with about the problem has been extremely friendly and helpful and has worked quickly to resolve it. I'm returning the glasses today to have the lens replaced, and I feel completely confident that the return will be handled as swiftly as the original order was. Really, I keep going back to eyeglasses.com because of their excellent customer service. I recommend them highly.

This is my first experience with progressives. It will take some getting used to. After only a few days I am tempted not to wear them all the time. They are good for work, though the computer viewing field could be a little bigger. There is a small sweet spot. They are good for cooking and eating but I feel better taking a walk and driving without wearing them. Everyone has different needs. My distance vision is fine.

I could not be happier with my new glasses. I've bought many pairs of glasses over the years but always from a storefront. These were my first on-line pair. I'll never go back and it would take a lot to get me to switch to another supplier. Eyeglasses.com offered more options than any other site with significant overall services. Not only were my glasses perfect, I didn't realize I'd be getting a set of spare lenses and tools to put them in. My only advice is that you get a competent assistant to help you with the required measurements. Read and make sure you understand exactly what to measure and how. It's not difficult but you need to be meticulous.

The ordering process was easy and straight forward. Because the specific frame I selected was not an in-stock item it took almost four weeks for delivery, however the company was very proactive in keeping me informed about the reasons for the delay and changes in estimated arrival time. The glasses fit perfectly right out of the box and the RX was accurate. My only regret is that I neglected to include anti-reflective coating in the lens package and the result is less than optimal vision quality. The four star rating reflects the delay in shipment for reasons indicated but overall my experience was very positive and I would definitely consider making future purchases through eyeglasses.com.

Excellent product and service. Planning to order from them again soon. First time ordering online and it was great - much better experience than at a big box store I have been going to. I think they have better craftspeople and my progressives glasses help me see the way my prescription is designed to work, whereas three other pairs from Lenscrafters never worked for me. I dreaded trying progressives again but really need them, and after wearing them one day I am hooked. Yay!
