I'm really happy with the selection of glasses. It is difficult for me to find the style I like, but eyeglasses.com has them.

Size of frames was problematic. Product was returned per enclosed instructions within 2 days; have not heard anything to date re: refund.

Things are great so far,ordering was easy to do.For some reason though, the frames took a extra week through the mailing system.

Quantities needed are not available and no possibility to order on line. I suggest to add an "out of stock ordering form"

Nice, relatively painless. It may help if there was "flyover help" to explain some of the options (e.g. Lens coatings, lens material)

This is the second order from eyeglasses.com and once again am completely satisfied. They are top notch. Will definitely use them again.

Order was fine. But found the same glasses for $150 less about 5 minutes later... my own fault, but you did ask.

Could provide better tracking of order. After the initial email for order confirmation, I was left guessing when it would be shipped.
