It was a easy process. Glad I decided to go with eyeglasses.com

Fair price. I was disappointed that I paid for over night delivery and they didn't ship until 3 days later. They are over nighted whenever they finally ship, not from the date ordered.

Took three weeks for my order to arrive, had to wait on frames that were backordered. I just got them, haven't had a chance to adjust them or anything.

Overall very satisfied. Only problem is i inadvertently put a wrong number in my prescription. Totally my fault. Only minimaly effecting performance. Other than that I am satisfied.

They shipped the item quickly. I had to return/exchange it as the frame color wasn't like what was on the website. Exchange was no problem and they promptly sent the replacement.

I love these frames. It was so easy to find them. But...I just returned them because I didn't like the rhinestones on the ear pieces when I saw them close up

Just what I was looking for. A bit stiffer than the frames I bought them to replace, but WAY better price. I initially received the wrong frames, but they corrected the order immidiately!

This was my 2nd order with Eyeglasses like being able to order glasses and having them shipped to APO was a plus. The glasses are exactly as the website and very cute.

The frames I ordered, Marchon Flexon 600 GEP, were supposed to be identical to frames I already have, but were slightly different in two ways: the GEP color was slightly less gold, more toward a silver hue; and the temples were flared slightly wider at the ears. As a result, they are not quite as attractive, nor do they fit quite as well.

Ordered progressive lenses with Transitions XTRActive Brown. Love the glasses. The whole process took about 2 weeks from placing the order to receiving the glasses. Thanks!

It was a pleasant experience though the sales rep I spoke with had no clue how to access the prescription I uploaded on your website. I had to email it to her separately.

The only issue that I wasn't totally satisfied with was the width of the frames, and I don't recall an option to show the width on the web site. Scott

Pay more attention on the e-mail you receve from your customers as I made a couple of reminders before receving an answer from you on the order status.

The frames were a little bent, antd the lenses a little thicker than I had hoped. All in all... satisfied.

I love the glasses and they came pretty quickly. The only thing I noticed was that it seemed they were in a generic glasses case. I feel like Gwen Stefani would have a much cuter case.

I couldn't properly see the shape of the frame in the website foto because it is at an angle. Front on, the frame does not look good on me and I am returning it. Nice frames, just not for me.
