What a F*&%n RACKET. You don't give me an immediate refund for an order that you cancel. Then I have to re-order but my FSA account is now too low to make the purchase. AND, you have messed up my year quantity discount. If it wasn't going to take me a month to chase down a total refund from your company so that I could order anywhere else but you again I would do that. Thanks for nothing. At this rate you won't have to worry about staying in business next year. What a tremendous waste of my time!
Very challenging to place order. Next issue was around trying to set up account so I could get an actual receipt to submit to my FSA. One is not provided when you place the order. I tried going into my account and now it says my password is not correct. This has been the most time consuming, frustrating, insane experience ever. Never again.
Virtual try on could be better. Does not apply to many frames and can't scroll through frames with it up. Overall process from order to receipt was slightly longer than if I ordered from my local shop, but not by much. The whole thing was pretty easy and I am happy with my glasses.
Great! So good! Used my vision benefits, tried the glasses online, everything great. I'm returning it for different lenses because I can't adapt to the ones I got but customer service is AMAZING! But without fear!

I was able to order a pair of glasses from the convenience of my home. The filters on the site allow you to narrow in on your preferences. However, virtually trying on a pair is not the same as trying on a physical pair. If the glasses were for daily wear, I'd of returned them. Since they are primarily for driving at night, I kept them.
If you already have glasses and are familiar with your ideal frame size and you know what you like, then I recommend ordering from Eyeconic. If your not sure, explore other options.

Very straight forward as well as plenty of options to choose from. Checkout process is very streamlined and handled data entry very efficiently. I'm hesitant on purchasing glasses online but thanks to the try-on virtual feature; although it wasn't 100% and not all glasses have this feature, it did help me choose which glasses to go with. In the end, I am really happy with my purchase and highly recommend.
I first used Eyeconic 2 years ago. I had a trip coming up, and needed my contacts quick. Waiting for the order to come in with my eye doctor was going to take too long. I placed my order with Eyeconic using their express shipping and got my contacts super fast! I can't remember the agent I spoke with name because it's been so long, but she was amazing and super helpful. One of the many reasons I'm telling family and friends about you.
My package got lost during delivery but Eyeconic responded quickly to my email and investigated with Fedex and resent my glasses at no cost. I am so grateful for their customer service and that I didn't lose money on the lost order. I will definitely shop here again.
Ordering was easy, there was a slight mishap, I had the XL frame selected and somewhere in the process it goes adjusted to just L and didn't fit my head very well. Thankfully Eyeconic is taking care of it without any issue.
I ordered a paid of glasses for my son earlier this year. Was happy with the frame quality and prescription but the lenses did not hold up nearly as well as glasses purchased at an optometrist's office. I just tried to order a pair for myself and, although my prescription was valid (well before the expiration date and signed by a licensed optometrist), they argued that they would not accept it. It was almost as if they were looking for a reason not to sell me glasses! The confusion and condescension from the customer service reps (multiple reps!) was enough that canceled my order and my family and I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future.

I ordered eyeglasses from Eyeconic in May of 2022. Unlike other online retailers, I was not able to try on sample frames prior to purchase. I used the virtual try-on to determine a fit, knowing they had a satisfaction guarantee policy as they highlight to feel secure with purchases. The first pay did not fit, so when I sent back I was notified "Eyeconic has a one-return policy" which made me feel uncomfortable. I received my second pair on June 23rd. In May of 2023, the rubber lining of the earpieces came off, creating a large 1 cm gap on one of the arms. I inquired about a warranty as I was under the one-year of receipt; only to be told "Eyeconic policy is one year from the date the order is placed."
Needless to say, there are many other online eyewear providers who will be getting my business.
I recommend Smith Optics who have been extremely helpful with warranty sunglasses. They also offer prescription services and I will be using them.
All businesses that use insurance should work like eyeconic, at his age there's no excuse. No more having to research insurance benefits and ask for reimbursements, love it. Plus the online store is super easy to use with a useful virtual try-on feature. Great shopping experience with a great selection.
I like the fact that you can apply your insurance right there on the site and know immediately what the glasses cost. I only gave 4 stars because I wish there was a greater selection of brands. Service is a five stars. If I could give 1/2 star off for selection it would be 4 1/2 stars. I like the way it is easy to filter what I wanted to see. I am a 2 time customer now! Great service for on line. I received my glasses and my Gucci Frames are awesome. The only thing is there are no springs in the arms. I wish I would of known that, before I bought them. However, the glasses are very well built. The lenses are spectacularly done with great finish. The lenses turn really dark in the sun and the reflective feature for the computer screen is fantastic. The glasses even got to me 5-6 days faster than estimated. My only disappointment is the selection is limited. Other than that EYECONIC ROCKS!
They are advertising eyeglasses frames on website which are not available in reality. They charged me for my order but now they don't have the frame in stock which is annoying since they took 10 days to inform me and I am literally without glasses.
The customer service is not helpful and this business looks like a fraud to me. They promise me a frame and charged me for it but failed fo deliver it and I don't have my glasses now. I lay the blame on them completely for keeping me in dark and taking so long to inform thay they are out of stock and even charging me for it.
I demand a strict action on this business so they don't repeat this fraud with others. They are strictly playing with my vision health and it is not acceptable.

The process was simple and they have an easy to use website. Was able to simply upload my prescription and they did the leg work in reaching out to my optician. Was kept updated with regular email updates. Great experience overall!

Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
