I ordered and then tried to upload the prescription. The site lost my "bag" - gave me a gorilla page while I still had an item in the bag - and the only solution was to re-order. Sending the prescription later doesn't seem to work

I placed an order online but had to resubmit my rx and the order was canceled. I placed the order again however the price was double for the exact same product. They proactively jumped in and provided a discount to accommodate it which was much appreciated without me even asking.
The process of picking your brand of contacts, entering in your prescription, and purchasing your order was fast and easy. The deals they had in May made for one unbeatable price. The order got to me in a timely fashion and everything was correct. Overall, purchasing from Eyeconic was a very positive experience.
Not your fault, but I got the glasses, then someone bumped into me, the glasses fell and they stepped on them and crushed them...and when I emailed for help...VSP/Eyeconic insurance wouldn't have any pity. So I had to wait til now, 16 months later, to get new glasses. Thanks.
The site was easy to use. The only issue I had was that my eye doctor never finalized the RX they gave me which ended with that order needing to be cancelled and a new order placed once I got my RX squared away with doctor office.
Eyeconic does not have part of my prescription available to fulfill my order so I tried to subsitute without an updated prescription from my doctor. Eyeconic said they couldn't get in touch with my doctor but dr said they never got a call. I started this order on May 2. It's May 5th and order for only my left eye contact won't be shipped until May 13 or after.
Update: it took longer than I had hoped and his was parially bc I didn't read all the instructions on the website.
No e-mail as to that they received my order other then charge to my card and no communication as to shipping information

I bought frames with prescription lenses in 2023. Nose pad got rough edge and scratches my nose, there is no return or replacement policy to contact:-)

Not sure how you are measuring face and pupil locations for these glasses. Glasses seem to fit pretty well. Color of frames is lighter than expected. Glasses don't initially sit evenly on the face.

Difficulty using virtual try ons. But otherwise ordering online proved to be easier than I thought and the glasses fit well and the progressive lenses work great.

Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
