I feel it is not right to have to pay tax on these contacts. When they are ordered from a vision center or providers office no tax is charged.
Picking out glasses was a breeze just scan your face and match your frames that you like. Checking was so easy especially with insurance just put your credentials in and checkout.

No way to easily reorder same item. When contacted my request was ignored. Then they go through some indirect service. Fix the site or leave me alone. I really don't like this company.
Aside from the ease with which I got my first pair of glasses from Eyeconice, when the lens got scratched right away, they replaced the lenses! Great customer service.
Besides not having the color for the pair of glasses that I wanted, I have enjoyed my glasses from Eyeconic.com. There has been no issues as of yet with my prescriptions.
This company has a serious issue with the product availability. It advertises that they would have a specific brand prescription available and then send you an email about you items being back ordered. It is a lure you in type of tactic. It's a lm ugly business to deal with. If you need glasses or contacts I would not recommend this place. It's better to just wait the wait time at a regular vision center. Customer service is very poor. I was asked what would I like to see happen, moving forward. FYI, I would like to see period. When it comes to recommendation for this company that would be a very hard NO. Eyeconic's mission is to provide high quality eyewear to as many in the community as possible.- when do you plan to do so, We are still waiting. I only hope that one day EYECONIC would take in to consideration that we don't come to you because we wanted to or even because of your status in the review world. We come to you because you are in network with our insurance providers and you lured us in by you false very false advertisements.

This was my first time ordering from Eyeconic. I was looking at my benefits on the VSP website when I clicked on their link. I love that they connected right to my insurance. I knew what size eyeglass frames I needed. They are petite frames and harder to find, but Eyeconic had several. I chose a pair of Nine West. I uploaded my prescription, chose the standard progressive lenses, chose the gold package, and processed my payment. I didn't have my PD, but I looked through comments and read that they use the industry average. A business day later I received an email that my prescription was validated, 4 days later I received an email that my glasses had shipped, and 2 business days later (4 days if you count the weekend), I had my new glasses. I am very happy with them! I normally wear Varilux Physio progressives which provide a nice wide field of vision as opposed to these standard progressives, but I notice the difference mostly with the lower reading portion. The price for the standard is considerably lower than that of Varilux. I purchased these as a second (spare) pair, but I like the frames so much and I am so pleasantly surprised with the standard progressives, that I will be wearing them more than I expected! Overall, a really good experience! I will definitely be ordering again next year!
The segment height on my lenses is incorrect, I sent my glasses back to be redone, they should arrive by Monday.
It was overall an easy process and I didn't have any issues placing my order or receiving it in the mail.
I was very happy with the last pair I bought but scratched pretty east. Hopefully this time will be even better.
Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
