I have previously order prescription glasses and just now ordered contact lenses. The website is so easy, they had what I needed and with insurance what would have cost over 300.00, was FREE! The last time I ordered prescription glasses, when I received them they were not a good fit for me. Eyeconic let me exchange them for a completely different pair. The process was so easy and I loved the new ones.

Hard time ordering colored lenses. Images are not available
The filters on the site are broken. I exclusively buy polarized lenses and searching for those by the Polarized filter is broke and exhausting. The frame selection is also very lacking, especially for trying to use my benefits.
I always order my contacts from here and its a breeze from order to checkout.

The selection of brands and styles have diminished but the cost has doubled. Terrible delivery and replacement/ refund process. When I finally received the glasses the nose pads and legs were bent, there was a wire sticking out from the leg which scratched my cheek and the lens was sticking out of one of the sides. The quality of items and services has greatly decreased. Will not use them again moving forward
Can get some very nice sunglasses at a very good price, you have to pay the difference and tax but shipping is free so it's nice.

Great Customer service! Had a misunderstanding with prescription and they took care of the issue for free and even sent me a free postage label to scan to mail back my prescription. They corrected my prescription for free and sent me my new contacts.
