I have to now purchase two separate glasses for blue light and darkening rather than a single pair that can do both. This is a obvious cash grab and if i could use my insurance directly with the glasses manufacturer i would. I hope you are ashamed, which you wont be, so eat $#*! i guess.
Took a minute to figure out the ordering process and measurements. I was pretty uncertain about it and worried the glasses would be wrong. Was pleasantly surprised when I got them. They were perfect, and a good value.

Repeat customer here. It was super easy... login in, upload new rx and order. They even suggested I switch from Biofinity Toric to Ethos Aquatech Monthly Ast and saved some money. Best of all its easily link to my VSP so my benefits are automatically applied.
I ordered two pairs of glasses from them one regular and one pair of prescription sunglasses both with high index lenses. I received the regular glasses first with no issues. However, when I received the sunglasses I noticed that the lenses were twice the thickness of the regular glasses. Immediately I knew they used regular polycarbonate lenses and not high index lenses. I contacted customer support so that i could initiate an exchange i informed her of the issue to which she replied that she checked and it says that they used high index lenses. I replied with the lenses are twice the thickness I know they are not high index lenses. She then fed me some story about how they are using a different lab and cut the lenses differently. By this point I was pretty irritated as I am a Visual Display Systems Engineer and design the displays for flight simulators I happen to be quite knowledgeable in the area of optics and lenses. So whether or not you are using a different lab has nothing to do with the thickness of the lens only the material the lens is made out of changes the refractive index. So unless they are using material with a lower refractive index such as polycarbonate and passing them off as high index lens thickness should not be affected. I went to the local eyeglass store and had them tested almost immediately the lab manager told me they are definitely polycarbonate lenses. When I called back and informed a different customer service representative of the test results he too said he would check the production log and informed me that they did in fact use polycarbonate lenses directly contradicting what the previous representative told me. It is very upsetting to be lied to by a company I have come to trust as I used them multiple times in the past. This is the first time I have had issues its a shame to see how far they have fallen.
