Choosing glasses and lens material is very easy. The process is straighforward and you can simply upload your prescription. The only thing is the selection of specific brand frames is very limited. I usually wear Nike glasses and they only carry a handful of models and even then the color selections are still limited for those that they carry. I wish they had better selection especilly because Nike is the preferred brand that offers additional discounts on their frames.

We placed this order weeks ago and I uploaded the Rx during the order. I kept getting the email to upload my Rx, but there was nowhere on the website to add it after the order was placed.
When I sent an email to customer support about it, I received an email that the order had been canceled and I would receive a credit within 15 days.
This was an unacceptable delay that could have been avoided if you had given me the option to upload the Rx again directly from the email, explained the issue in the email with steps to send you the Rx again, or given. Me the time to work it out with customer support before canceling the order.
Ron lost his glasses and has been unable to complete much needed paperwork as efficiently and without headache due to the wait for new glasses to arrive. Now we will have to wait at least 3 more weeks to receive the new order.
