My first order had to be cancelled because I chose progressive lenses instead of single vision (which is per the prescription, not personal preference), in the future I would suggest providing that clarification for online shoppers. When the question is asked how the eyewear/glasses will be primarily used (reading or distance), the lenses are crafted for that activity so if you choose distance then you may want to consider purchasing a second pair for reading. Follow your prescription carefully while filling out the order because the overall time I spent before receiving my glasses on Dec 17th, I started my order on 11/21/2024 which was cancelled and a new one started on 11/29/2024 - I also had to wait for my insurance to be reimbursed as well as my HSA card for payment. All that said, my new glasses are gorgeous and were worth the wait. Thanks, Eyeconic! :)

Fields were very finicky and inconsistent accepting information typed in. Items kept being erased, including the upload of the photo of my prescription. I also had difficulty logging in, both directly to the Eyeconic site and via the VSP website. It took 3-4 attempts.
Great, good quality product, could be faster on shipping. But they were great to replace my glasses for free when there was an issue with the color.
I should have tried on the glasses before counting on the size leg/temple being a good fit based on older sizings fitting well.

Issue not resolved my original eye glasses i loved were made with the wrong rx and I was not able to see nothing out of my glasses I had to send them back and now I'm not able to secure the lovely eye glasses I originally selected. These are just ok. Wanted to used my benefits before they expire. Not sure if I'll be a repeat customer. The customer service reps where both awesome! Kudos
I had faulty sunglasses that I needed replaced. They took forever to contact me and work with me, finally asking for a few pictures. More and more time passed, I finally got back in touch with them and they said "oh, we need more pictures". Took too long and I had a trip I needed the glasses for so I superglued them myself and just ate the cost.
