The company enjoys a generally positive reputation, with many customers praising the ease of the online ordering process, affordability, and effective use of insurance. The virtual try-on feature is particularly appreciated, allowing for a more personalized shopping experience. However, there are notable concerns regarding product accuracy, such as incorrect prescriptions and sizing issues, which have led to frustrations with returns and refunds. Additionally, some customers experience difficulties with the website's navigation and payment process. Overall, while customer satisfaction is high, consistent quality control and improved service efficiency are areas for potential enhancement.

Navigation isn't the best. Not all glasses have a virtual try-on option, and most go out as soon as they start
Great customer service and very friendly employee. Handle with care.
Did not know about eyeglass measurements so I had to do a return.
My glasses broke and I don't think I was even able to get them fixed 1 time.
Eyeconic has my lenses in stock. They make it easy to apply my insurance. Shipping is great!
Why pay for benefits when you are forced to shop where prices are double
Virtual try-on is great, but wasn't available for one of the glasses I was considering. $45 (including copay) for a Rx pair of glasses... beats the $400 my optometrist tried to sell me on.
Unable to check out as a guest, unable to link to my vsp insurance without help resetting something from online chat agent
I am always able to find the contacts I need and apply my insurance.
The site is simple to use. I wish pricing was available when viewing for easy comparison. Currently, I have to click into the product to see the pricing. I have to back out and go into something else to compare.
At first it was difficult to get my VSP insurance info on the site, but after the first time using it, I understood what I had to do.
All was good except for entering the insurance information. VSP doesn't have a member ID number, but it is a required field on the site.
I have had pretty good luck ordering eyeglasses through Eyeconic and have several pairs of glasses that I love. Improvements could be made to the experience for me. I do wish there were more frames for small faces and that the Virtual Try-On tool worked better. I prefer the try-on tool that was used with an actual photo several years ago. Occasionally the color of the frame is hard to decipher on the computer and not all colors or frames are available for try-on.
I sign in once with a user name and it finds my insurance information but when I go to checkout, it says I'm not signed in (still has my insurance information) and makes me sign in with an email account. That would be fine but there apparently is not one on file? Ends up that I had to create an additional account and I guess it still knows all my old info. It wasnt too difficult to circumnavigate, I'm just confused on what I was supposed to do, why my info is linked to multiple accounts, and why the accounts do different things.
I am easily able to find and order the contacts in need from Eyeconic. My vision insurance is linked to Eyeconic which makes finding and ordering contacts that work with my insurance very easy.
The pd tool seems to be too sensitive to movement. I could never get to work
Previous I have had no problem ordering. This time they said my prescription didn't match had to reorder. Then they charge me extra.
Going through the site is very tedious when you cannot click any links and would still need to re-enter info.
Picking out lenses was easy with the "Try On" link, it gave me a good feel for what I would look like in the new frames. The checkout process was smooth, other than the PD test (I tried an index card, but the software locked up, so I went with a business card on the 4th try and that worked.
Easy to enter my order, easy to upload prescription, insurance was applied easily too.
Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
