I cannot get the screw back in my frames on the right side. The mounting hole does not line up correctly and they shoved a small screw in the factory. Bad craftsmanship. Now I have to buy another pair of glasses at full price.

The filter buttons do not work when you click on them. Every time I clicked the favorites button it would open random glasses that weren't even in my favorites. The website would not let me click the remove button to take a pair out of my cart, then wouldn't let me click the button to move to payment screen. They had a wide selection of glasses but the frustration of the website almost had me not ordering from them.
