The website is so easy to use and you are able to upload your prescription or send a request to your eye doctor electronically. I mistakingly chose the wrong contacts my first time which were not for astigmatism and Eyeconic caught it and informed me right away. They cancelled the order and I placed the correct one. The contacts came so fast! But I have to say the BEST is that you can pay for the contacts using Affirm! Every year when it comes time to get my yearly contacts I am always stressed coming up with the money. Now I have the convenience of an affordable way to pay for my contacts. I love it!
