I got my order in 2 weeks which is understandable for an order coming from Asia. When I tried on the lenses I immediately knew they were worth the wait. They brightened up my eyes while looking extremely natural. I wore them for the whole day and they didn't feel dry or irritating at all (unlike some other ones I bought elsewhere before). The lenses I got were the JennyBee Iridescent Grey - which I'd 100% recommend to anyone looking for a subtle yet effective enhancement to their eyes!
I'm very satisfied and surprised to have gotten my order in a week despite all that is going on. I ordered a lens I couldn't find on their site from Honey Color and the tracking hasn't even updated, by comparison. Inside my package I received a free pair of sample lenses they were kind enough to match to my high prescription! The products were as described and comfortable to wear.
My eyes are really dark almost black and I was looking for coloured lenses that would make my eyes brighter. The delivery I was really happy about - my order arrived in a week (I live in Singapore). However, I think the lens I picked out was too small since I have already large eyes, the lens didn't make them look any bigger. Also they were a bit dim esp indoors. At least the contact lenses were very comfortable.
They took my money and I didn't get my eyewear! Now I am going to prosecute them! This company is a total rip off! They advertise on Facebook so I thought it was legit. Never again will I order anything from facebook again!

I would have to say I had a very average experience here. Their customer service was very prompt and helpful in replying to my emails. However, my order took a week to ship out which was longer than I expected. The lenses themselves were fine
I've been buying my circle lenses on Eyecandys over the years and can attest to the trustworthiness of this company. Transactions were easy and when some items I bought were out of stock, I was promptly refunded without issues. The pictures of the contacts are true to life. Everything always arrives in a timely manner. I'll continue to buy my contact lenses from Eyecandys.
One pair of lenses that I got from them felt really dry on the eyes, I couldn't wear it more than a few hours. I emailed them about it and luckily they sent another one that came in 2 weeks give or take.
Scared to try contacts but my friend recommended EyeCandys and it was my first time to order and try. Surprisingly easy to put on and very comfortable, no pain at all. I'll order again in a few months! I tried Velvet Blue now just for fun.
The colors correspond to as they appear in the image, they give a very cool effect and they cover all the iris of the eye. You have to get used to it at first because they are not as soft as the lenses used to correct vision. It would be nice if they included a little bottle of liquid tears even for the first buyers.
I used to love this site but now they have horrible costumer service they don't reply to emails and even if you pay for the fastest shipping they still take a month I'm still waiting for my contacts to ship this will be the last time I ever order from them
Exactly the same as in the photos! I love them, and they come with their case to keep them, very well everything and very comfortable... And the super fast delivery. It looks a bit more blurry especially at night with them, but it is not the fault of the contact lenses, it is normal.
I ordered two pairs of contact lenses from them last november 13,2016 and until now, i didnt received anything yet. What is wrong with them? Kept on messaging them but no one replys back to me. Seems they are scammers! My money spent for nothing.

This is my first review ever and I decided to add it based on all of the negative reviews I have read about the company. Once I place my order I continue to go back and read the reviews thinking I would never get my package it did take a little longer than I expected but I receive my package this week and I am very excited. They are a great color great fit and I can't wait to order from them again. Once the manufacturer of my color contacts brand went out of business I thought I would never find another color in my prescription. Thanks eye candy you are the best!
Received the toric lens and never encountered in life that the lenses very bad quality. My eyes hurt badly and the vision is blur. This is obviously the prescriptions are wrongly given. The seller doesn't want to hold responsibility on this. Once I placed order, I'm not able to login to their website at all (even tried resetting password and email doesn't exist?!). Please be aware not to buy here! You won't know where they source their contact lenses. I couldn't even wear and USD54 just burn like that. Regret buying from this website.
I was a bit skeptical at first having read some reviews here but seeing they've been in business for 8 years already, I took a shot and ordered 1 pair. I was surprised by the fast delivery: the order placed on April 2nd arrived on the 12th whereas most Asian sites make you wait for almost a month. Very cute packaging for the contact lenses. I'll be back for more!
I bought March 27 2020 and have not received anything but frustration from this conpany. Save your cash yourself time energy and frustration buy else where. They will try to keep your cash and I never received paid products

Answer: Not worth it. You may or may not receive your order. They'll give u bogus tracking. They won't answer ur emails. No phone number to call. You'll end filing a complaint with PayPal. The free shipping They offer is for only if u oder from same warehouse. There's no way for u to tell if ur ordering from the same warehouse until u check out. So expect 50 dollar shipping fee. Plus they are overpriced. Worst mistake I've made buying lenses was finding their site.

Answer: It's 2 months ship time. Don't try the tracking they send u. It's useless. It says one thing like out for delivery then two weeks later picked up by carrier and then a week later cleared customs. Wait the two months. Then file a complaint with PayPal and get ur money back.

Answer: I agree with the answer above. I advise against it. There is no free shipping. They say that and then charge u anyways. When u complain they'll tell u it shipped from different warehouses so it voids free shipping. There's no way for u to know where it's shipping from. They give u bogus tracking that makes no sense. It'll be out for delivery then clearing customs 2 weeks later. Expect a 50 dollar shipping charge. And when utry to reach customer service they will ignore u. I'd they answer its completely useless and they don't answer any of ur questions or resolve ur issue
