Shoutout to an amazing live chat support rep named Amaya. She knew her stuff and was excellent at answering my questions. Got my issue fixed within 5 minutes which is pretty rare for customer support nowadays.

As for my order, it arrived on time. I have no complaints. My fave item is the Rohto Eye Moisturizer drops.

“Worst customer support ever”

The worst customer support ever! I've been trying to get G Suite configured for days, emailing and live chatting them to no avail.

It took around 6 minutes for an Eastern European support rep to log in to my account to figure out the problem. He didn't return with a solution. After a total of 14 minutes on live chat, he just ENDED my chat and left me hanging.

Other than that, if you don't require complex services, their domain registration is pretty simple and well priced.
